Customers

  • Refine your search results on customers signed up for your store by using various filters.
  • Manage customer information, send messages and download data as a CSV file.
Filter
  • You can search for customers based on the ID, name, email address or phone number they entered when creating their account.
Ordered item
  • Search for customers that have purchased a specific product.
  • You can search by product or by bundle.
Order date/Payment date
  • Set a date range based on order dates or payments dates.
  • Search for customers that have placed their first order after creating their account.
Age
  • Set an age range for your search.
Signup date/Special event date
  • Set a date range based on the dates on which customers sign up or those of special events.
Email subscription
  • Search for customers based on their email subscription status.
  • Customers can change their email subscription settings in [Edit my profile] and admins can change the email subscription settings of certain customers through [CRM].
Show details
  • Tick [Show details] to add details on points, visits, no. of orders, order totals, and order totals (excluding cancellations) to the table.
Export as CSV
  • Click [Export as CSV] to open a pop-up window through which you can download your search results as a CSV file.
  • The [Export as CSV] button will only be visible to the head admin. CSV files you download will be password protected.
Name/ID
  • Click on a name or ID to open a pop-up window through which you can manage relevant customer information.
Signup date
  • This is the date on which the customer created an account.
Phone/Mobile
  • Click on a phone/mobile number to open a pop-up window through which you can manage memos on customer inquiries.
Points
  • This is the amount of points available for the customer to use.
  • Click on [Points] to open a pop-up window through which you can manage the customer’s points.
Visits
  • This is the number of times the customer has visited your store.
Order total
  • This is the total amount spent on orders by the customer since the creation of his/her account.
  • (Item price x Quantity) + Shipping fee
  • Cancellations (including partial cancellations), returns, and exchanges are also included.
  • Search results be filtered by [Order date].
Order total (excluding cancellations)
  • This is the actual amount spent on orders by the customer since the creation of his/her account.
  • (Item price x Quantity) - Discounts + Shipping fee - Point/credit-type payment
  • Cancellations (including partial cancellations), returns, and exchanges are excluded from this number.
  • Search results will be filtered by [Order date].
Orders
  • Click on [Orders] to open a pop-up window through which you can manage the customer’s order history.
Points
  • Click on [Points] to open a pop-up window through which you can manage the customer’s points.
Coupons
  • Click on [Coupons] to open a pop-up window through which you can manage the customer’s coupons.
