Points expiration

  • Change settings for points expiration.
  • Search points to expire and schedule expiration.
  • Check reports on points and the list of customers with points to expire.
Points expiration
  • When you click [Schedule expiration], points of searched accounts will be expired in order from the next morning.
  • Schedule can be canceled by the midnight of the same day.
  • [Points to expire] represents any residual points as of the expiry date. When the points to expire are equal to or less than 0, they cannot be deducted.
  • The amount of points subject to expiration at the time of the search may differ from the amount that will actually expire.
  • Expired points can not be restored.

Search points to expire

Search points to expire
  • The search results are kept for a week. Search conditions can only be changed once a week to prevent the server from becoming overloaded.
  • If you enter all values and click [Search], relevant results will be shown in [Reports] and [Customers with points to expire].
  • Once searched, the last and next available date for changing search conditions will be displayed in [Note] and the system will not allow searching with different [Expiry date] for a week.

Reports
  • All relevant information can be checked such as [Customers with points to expire], [Total available points], [Total points to expire], and [Total points after expiration].
  • The CSV files can only be downloaded for seven days once they are created.

Customers with points to expire

  • You can see the current status of customers with points to expire by given search conditions.
