Credits

  • Check detailed history of rewarded/deducted credits for your customers.
  • To reward or deduct credits, you must enable [Credits] in [My Store>Store setup>Credits].
-Notification can be sent to the customer about credits remaining in his/her account before the customer submits a request to delete his/her account.

Search customer credits

  • Check credit details of all customers.
  • Search history of rewarded or deducted credits.

Summary for the period

  • The summary of search results will be displayed.
  • You can see the total amount of rewarded/deducted points and their balance.

Credits history

  • Click the customer's ID to open the CRM pop-up.

  • When you click [Export as CSV], [Export CSV for Customers] pop-up will appear for you to create and export CSV.

  • When you click [Cash refund requests], [Cash refund requests for Credits] pop-up will appear.

Credits history > Cash refund requests pop-up

  • Search cash refunds requested by customers and submit requests by yourself.
  • When customers request cash refund for their credits, the list of requests will be displayed in this pop-up.
Search refund requests
  • When you click [Search] after selecting filters, the results will show in [Cash refund requests].
  • Check the details of cash refund requests and their status in [Cash refund requests].
Requested by
  • An ID of an account who requested the refund and email/memo icon will be displayed.
  • When you click each icon, [Send email] or [CRM] pop-up will appear for you to send email or add memo.
Status
  • The current status of refund is displayed as [Requested], [Awaiting/Pending], or [Completed].
  • [Requested] - When the customer has requested a refund - [Awaiting/Pending] - When the refund is in process - [Refunded] - When the refund process is completed
Proceed
  • [Refund] appears until the credits are refunded and [Undo] appears after the refund is completed.
  • If the request amount is greater than customer’s available credits, refund cannot be proceeded.
Submit cash refund requests
  • Search customer accounts by filtering name, ID, or email and the results will show under [Customers].
  • When you select a customer account, the relevant account name and ID will be displayed in [Requested by (ID)] for you to complete the request submission. You can only submit a request for one customer account at a time.
