Manage by customer level

  • Search and manage customer accounts by each customer level.
  • Send emails or reward points to all accounts in each customer level and remove customers from their levels or change their levels.

Customer level

  • If you select a customer level, all accounts in the relevant level will be displayed.

Customers

Search within results
  • You can search a particular account within the selected customer level by entering a search term.
Remove from current customer level
  • When you select customer accounts and click [Remove], their customer levels will be changed to the default level (for new customers).
Reward points in bulk
  • When you select customer accounts and click [Reward points in bulk], a pop-up will appear for you to reward or deduct points to the selected customers.
Export as CSV
  • Clicking [Export as CSV] will open the [Export CSV for Customers] pop-up.
  • If you click [Create CSV] button and select a template in [Export CSV for Customers] pop-up, you will be able to download a CSV file that contains your customer data. You will be able to download the file on the day you requested the file or the next day depending on the data volume.

Name / ID
  • When you click [Name] or [ID], [CRM] pop-up will appear.

Email/Memo
  • Click each icon to send email or add memo for the relevant customer.

Related details
  • When you click [Order], [Credits], [Points], or [Coupons], [CRM] pop-up will appear.

Additional settings

Change customer level
  • To change the customer level in bulk, select customer accounts and click new customer level.
