CRM Home

  • Manage customer information for each individual customer.
  • Click the name or ID of a customer to display the CRM pop-up.
  • Check all relevant information including [Customer profile], [Order history], [Points/Credits/Coupons], [Shopping cart information], and [Wishlist items].

General information
  • You can view general information about the customer such as ID, customer level, points and total amount paid.
  • If you click [More], you will be redirected to the [Customer profile] page.

Order details
  • Check the order details in the same format from [Orders>All orders].
  • Search archived orders by changing the date range.
Payment
  • Red - Unpaid
  • White - Paid
Shipping
  • Red - Pre-shipment
  • Blue - In transit
  • White - Delivered/No shipping required
Cancellation
  • Red - Not canceled
  • Blue - Partially canceled
  • White - Canceled
Exchange
  • Red - Not exchanged
  • White - Exchanged
Return
  • Red - Not returned
  • Blue - Partial return
  • White - Returned all

Customer information
  • Customer name, ID, customer level, last login date, and account creation date are displayed.
  • When you click each icon, [Send email] or [Customer memo] pop-up will appear.
Left sidebar navigation menu
  • [Customer profile] - Check basic and additional customer information as well as [Customer level change log] and [Customer information edit log].

  • [Order details] - Search and check the customer's order details.

  • [Urgent CS requests] - Respond and manage the customer's urgent CS requests.

  • [Points/Credits/Coupons] - View and adjust the customer's points, credits, and coupon details.

  • [Shopping cart information] - Check the products added to the cart and when they were added.

  • [Wishlist items] - See the customer’s wishlist items.

  • [Login log] - Check the customer’s login history for the latest one year.

  • [Customer memo] - Search and check memos written about the relevant customer.

Order details
  • [Order total], [Order total (excluding cancellations)], and [Number of orders] will display amounts based on the date range you select.
Number of canceled/returned items (%)
  • Canceled or returned items are counted.
  • The results are based on the date range selected for orders.
  • The percentages represent the ratio of canceled/returned items among the total number of orders.
Customer inquiries
  • Check number of customer inquiries.
Points/Credits/Coupons
  • View current details of points/credits/coupons owned by the customer.
