Bulk adjust points

• Adjust points in bulk for multiple accounts by importing CSV. Click [Download template] and enter values in the downloaded template.

• Once the CSV is imported, the result is displayed and in case of any failure, the relevant ID and reasons are also informed.

Import CSV

• An error may occur if you add more than 500 entries in the CSV.

• If you have to upload more than 500 entries, please separate them into different files.

1. 1. 1) Click [Download template] and download the template.

1. 1. 2) Enter a list of ID in column A for which you want to adjust points.

1. 1. 3) Save the file as CSV after entering the IDs.

1. 1. 4) Click [Select file] and upload the CSV created from step 3.
