- Change settings for back-in-stock email.
Search back-in-stock email
- Search back-in-stock emails requested by customers.
- Select search filters including [Request date], [Delivery status], [Filter].
- Click [Search] after selecting filters and the results will be displayed below.
Email notifications
- Confirm that the relevant product is in stock before sending the back-in-stock email.
- Click [Product Name] to change the stock level.
Send back-in-stock email
- Click [Send back-in-stock email] to send back-in-stock notification to the relevant customers.
- Confirm that the relevant product is in stock before sending the back-in-stock email.
[Delete] button
- Click [Delete] to delete selected requests.
Export as CSV
- Clicking [Export as CSV] will open the [Export CSV for Customers] pop-up.

- Click product name to display settings in [Products>Inventory>Manage inventory].
