  • Send emails to notify customers when out-of-stock product is back in stock.

Settings
  • If you enable [Back-in-stock notifications], [Request back-in-stock email] button is displayed in product details page depending on the stock level.
  • When customers click [Request back-in-stock email], they will be directed to a separate page where they can request back-in-stock email.
  • For products with variants (options), you must tick [Display out-of-stock message] to display [Request back-in-stock notifications] button. To change the display settings, go to [Products>Inventory>Manage inventory].
Send to
  • If [Email subscribers] is selected in the [Send to] field, emails will not be sent to customers who have not accepted your email subscription.

  • If you enable [Back-in-stock notifications], [Request back-in-stock email] button is displayed in product details page or out-of-stock page depending on the stock level.
  • When customers click [Request back-in-stock email], a pop-up will appear for them to request email.
