App themes

  • You can change the settings for the status bar, bottom navigation, and the splash screen.
  • Restart the app to check whether the changes have been made correctly.

Status bar theme settings

Status bar theme settings
  • You can change the theme of the status bar while the app is open.
  • For Android, the status bar settings will be applied for Android Marshmallow (6.0, released in 2015) or higher.
    1. All iOS versions support the status bar settings.
Background color
  • The default color for the background is black (#000000).
Transparency before scrolling
  • You can make the status bar transparent before scrolling down.
  • The status bar will change after scrolling into the color selected for the background.
  • To enable this feature, you need to add a 20px top margin for the mobile store theme.

  • Use the "Preview" feature to check what your settings look like.

Bottom navigation

Background color
  • The default color for the background is gray (#575757).
Menu
  • The menu name field is locked for the default menu, and you cannot edit or delete the field.
  • You can add five to eight icons on the navigation bar. You can add up to three menus aside from the default menus.
  • You can reset the page settings. (You need to save the changes to reflect them in your app.)
  • For refresh icon, you need to add both refresh and stop refreshing icons as a set.
  • The tab menu will immediately reflect the saved changes. Preview the changes before saving.
  • Restart the app to see the changes made for the bottom navigation.

Splash screen

Add images
  • You can only add PNG, JPG files under 1 MB (1440px * 2960px).
  • When you add images, they will be automatically resized, and you can preview the resized images.
Splash screen image
  • A splash screen is an introduction page that appears while the app is launching. It serves to give users a teaser of your app or online store.
  • Make sure you follow the recommendations within this menu. Using a heavy image file for your splash page could cause errors or make your app take longer to load.
  • To check any changes made to your splash screen, close the app and launch it again.
Preview (for Android)
  • The image you added in 'Add images' is automatically resized to fit the Android device screen.
  • You can add or edit the images individually. Click 'Save' on the bottom to instantly reflect the changes.
  • Restart the app to see the changed splash screen.
Preview (for iOS)
  • The image you added in 'Add images' is automatically resized to fit the iOS device screen.
  • You can add or edit the images individually. Click 'Save' on the bottom to instantly reflect the changes.
  • Restart the app to see the changed splash screen.
Splash screen duration
  • Decide on how long you wish to keep the splash screen displayed after the app is fully loaded.
