Push notifications

  • In this menu, you can search all push notifications you have set up using detailed filters.
  • You can only use this menu to send push notifications from your default store (English) and stores in Korean, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified).

All notifications

Search push messages
  • Under this tab, you can find information on all the push notifications that you sent. The date range is automatically set to three months, but you can search for notifications sent up to one year ago.
  • Select your filters and click [Search]. Results that match your search will be displayed in the list below.
Date range
  • The date range is automatically set to three months, but you can search for notifications sent up to one year ago.
Notifications
  • These are the notifications you sent most recently. In this section you can find details on each notification’s type, creation date, sent date, image, content, recipients, delivery status, and the number of messages sent and opened.
Recipient
  • App users: The notification is sent to all app users who have allowed push notifications.
  • Customer accounts: The notification is only sent to customer accounts who have decided to stay signed in and have allowed push notifications.
  • Custom selection: The notification is only sent to the registered accounts included in the excel file.
Delivery status
  • Notifications are only sent if the relevant OS subscription status is marked as "Subscribed" on the day the notification is sent out.
  • Notifications that fail to send because you are not subscribed for the relevant OS will not be marked as "Failed".
  • Failed/Re-sent notifications
    1. Whenever a push notification delivery fails due to a system error, the delivery status will show [Failed] and the number of failed deliveries will be displayed in the [Sent] column.
    1. You can click [Resend] to send the push messages again.
    1. While you can resend a failed notification within a month from its delivery failure, we recommend you send it again ASAP.
    1. The number of resent push notifications is collected when resending the messages. Thus, this number may be different from the number of failed deliveries.

Scheduled

Scheduled notifications
  • Under this tab, you can find scheduled notifications that are waiting to be sent.

Cancel
  • You can cancel scheduled notifications that have not yet been sent.

Recurring

Recurring notifications
  • Under this tab, you can find all the recurring notifications you have set up.
  • Recurring notifications are removed from this list 30 days after the end of their delivery period.
Cancel
  • You can cancel any recurring notifications. Push notifications that are already sending, however, are not unsent.
  • Push notifications that are sending can be canceled under the [All notifications] tab. Those that are pending will be canceled, but those that have already been sent cannot be unsent.
