Subscribing to Plus App

  • You can subscribe to Cafe24 Plus App (“this service”) through Cafe24 Store or in [Themes (Mobile)>Plus App>About this service].
  • You must enter all required fields (phone number, email address, default domain, etc.) to subscribe to this service.

Request app creation

  • Enter the information required to publish your app.
  • You can check this information again in [App info].
  • Refer to the “Guide on app creation requests” for details on the required short description, full description, Launcher icon, Splash screen, Screenshots and feature graphic.
Basic information Target OS
  • Android: This operating system was created by Google. Choose this OS to create an android app that can be used on any android smartphones.
  • iOS: This operating system was created by Apple. Choose this OS to create an iOS app that can be used on any iOS smartphones.
  • Make sure you have an Apple and/or Google Play Developer account before requesting to create a mobile app.
  • Deactivated fields have already been requested.
App name
  • This is the name that will appear beneath the app launcher icon for shoppers that have English as their device language.
App URL
  • The app’s primary domain must be your default store.
  • When subscribing to Plus App, you must install an SSL certificate on the primary domain of your app to ensure secured communication.
  • Install an SSL certificate on the domain you wish to find if it does not appear in the list.
  • To use localized stores in Plus App, the SSL certificate must be installed for all relevant store domains.
  • The certificate is issued and installed approximately an hour after requesting its issuance.
  • Note that changing your primary domain while using Plus App can cause operational issues within your mobile apps.
App images Launcher icon
  • Make sure the image you add matches the recommended image size and the file type.
  • Simply upload a square image with a colored background for the app launcher icon. The edges will automatically be rounded.
Splash screen image
  • The image you add will automatically be resized to fit the screen proportions.
  • The top and bottom part of your image may be cropped if the user's device is shorter than the image you uploaded (e.g., iPhone 4).
Developer account Developer account
  • You need a developer account to publish your mobile app on an app store. You can either create an account yourself or request that an agent does it for you.
  • Note that you will need to pay an account registration fee and an agency fee if you wish to request the services of an agent.
