Add and edit the templates you use to upload products to Lazada.
Templates are product pages in which you can save the required product information specific to a marketplace.
Among the template fields, "Marketplace information" (shipping address, etc.) is information that is imported from the marketplace. You can update this information to the latest version through the marketplace account editing page by refreshing the [Import marketplace info] field.
You can create up to 100 templates per marketplace account. Deleting a template does not affect products that were transferred to a marketplace using the template.
Template details
Marketplace account
Select Lazada Philippines. Select the account of your choice if you have added more than one for Lazada Philippines. After selecting a marketplace, relevant template fields will appear.
If you wish to create a template that is similar to one you have already added, simply select the template in the dropdown box and edit the information.
Template name
Choose a template name. The registered template name will appear in this field if you are editing a template.
Default template
Select whether you wish to set this template as a default template for the relevant marketplace account. The default template will automatically be shown whenever you need to select a template.
You can set one default template per marketplace account.
Status
Only templates that are enabled will be shown in lists whenever you need to select a template.
View all items/View required items only
Choose whether to show all template fields or simply the required ones.
Category information
When adding a template for Lazada, the product information fields will vary depending on the product category you select. This is why product information fields are only displayed once you have selected a category.
Lazada product information
Product information can be synced with that of your products on your Cafe24 store. Choose whether to sync product information with that of products on your online store or edited it.
Product summary
Set up your product summary. If the toggle is OFF, the product summary will be synced with the product information of the relevant online store product. Switch the toggle to ON to edit the product summary of the marketplace product.
