Check which orders were successfully imported and which failed.
If you confirm an order through a marketplace before doing it through Market Plus, the relevant orders will not be imported or the order details will not be synced.
The number of successful imports is only calculated based on new orders (Paid/Preparing for shipment). Other orders statuses are simply synced and not counted within the number of successful imports.
You can check details on the reason for import failures in the [Failed imports] tab. Make sure you check the reason and try again.
Transfer logs are automatically deleted 30 days after the import request.

This is the date and time when the import was requested.
Orders that are automatically imported on a regular basis are marked as “Automatic import”.
Orders that are manually imported by a user are marked as “Manual import”.

This is the marketplace’s icon and your account details.
Imported on
This is the date and time when orders were imported.
Results
Import results are shown as “Success: X, Failures: X”.
Certain failures may also be explained in this column. For more details on failure, check the [Failed import] tab.

This is the online store that is synced with the orders that are imported.

These are details on why the import failed.
Import request date
This is the date and time when the import was requested. It is not specified whether the import was automatic or manual.

This is the date and time when orders were imported.
