Managing products

  • Take a look at your products’ transfer history.
  • Successful transfers and failed transfers are categorized in a separate tab.
  • Transfer logs are automatically deleted 30 days after the transfer request.

Search field

Date range
  • Transfer request date: Search for transfer logs based on when the transfer request was made.
  • Transfer date: Search for transfer logs based on when transfers were completed.
Product
  • If you enter a product code or a marketplace product code, make sure you enter the exact code. You will not get results if the code is incomplete or invalid.
  • If you enter a product name or a task/result, you can also get results that only partially match your keyword.
  • Note that only failed transfers can be searched with a “task/result” keyword.
Marketplaces
  • Search for transfer logs for specific marketplaces or marketplace accounts.

Search results

  • Results are separate into two tabs, depending on whether they were successful transfers. They include details or the type of transfer and results.
  • From this menu, you can get information on the reason for failure, fix the issue and transfer the product again.
Marketplace account
  • This is the marketplace’s icon and your account details.
Product code
  • This is the product’s code on your Cafe24 store.
Marketplace product code
  • This is the product’s product code on the relevant marketplace. Transfer failures might not have a product code on the marketplace.
Product name
  • This is the name of the transferred product.
  • Clicking on the product name will open a pop-up window through which you can edit product information.
  • The fields in the pop-up window are identical to those of the relevant marketplace template. For more details on marketplace templates, please refer to the guidelines on templates.

Transfer type
  • This is the type of action that was taken: Product added, Product edited, etc.
Task/Result
  • Successful transfers start with [Success].
  • Failed transfers start with [Failure]. Details on the cause are also included.
  • After taking a look at the details, click on the product name. You will be redirected to the product info editing page so that you can adjust the details that caused the issue and transfer the product again.
Transfer request date
  • This is the date on which the transfer was requested.
Transfer date
  • This is the date on which the transfer was successfully completed.
