Processing orders

  • Take a look at the order processing history for each marketplace account synced with Market Plus.
  • If you confirm an order through a marketplace before doing it through Market Plus, the relevant orders will not be imported or the order details will not be synced.
  • In this menu, you can find details on transfer success and failures, action details and results, as well as details on the reason for failures.
  • Transfer logs are automatically deleted 30 days after the import request.

Search field

Date range
  • Transfer request date: Search for order processing logs based on when actions were requested.
  • Transfer date: Search for order processing logs based on when the actions were completed.
Orders
  • Order number: Search for logs based on an order number registered to your online store or a marketplace account.
  • Task details/Result: Search for logs based on task details or results. Results may only partially match the value you input in this field.
Marketplace
  • Search for logs by marketplace account.

Search results (Completed/Failed)

Completed/Failed (tabs)
  • Take a look at order processing logs by completed tasks and failed tasks.
Marketplace account
  • This is the marketplace’s icon and your account details.
Order number
  • This is the order number registered on your online store or marketplace.
Task details/Result
  • These are details on the tasks and whether they were successful.
  • Successful tasks are simply marked by “Success” with the task details between brackets.
  • Failed tasks are marked by “Failure” with the task details between brackets and details on the reason for failure.
Transfer requested on
  • This is the date on which the action was attempted.
Transferred on
  • This is the date on which the action was completed.
