Main features

  • Import orders, manage them by status and process them.
  • Orders are organized into tabs according to their status and each tab has relevant fields and tools. Refer to the guidelines specific to each order status (tab) for further details.
  • Take a look at order details by order number or item code.
  • Go to [Modified orders] to check details on cancellations, exchanges, returns and refunds

Importing and processing orders

Import orders
  • Import orders from synced marketplaces.
  • In the pop-up window, select the marketplaces of your choice and their import orders. You can either use [Import from all marketplaces] or [Import from manual marketplaces] to import orders.
  • Import from all marketplaces: Orders from all marketplaces for which order imports are enabled and possible.
  • The arrows within the button will move when importing orders.
Notes on marketplace orders:
  • You cannot import orders from marketplace accounts that do not have at least one product for sale.
  • Orders that you have shipped through the relevant marketplace’s admin page will not be imported under Market Plus’ [Preparing for shipment] tab. Make sure you do not ship the same order multiple times or ship orders to the wrong address.
  • Once you edit information of a transferred product directly from a marketplace admin page, relevant orders will no longer be imported. (e.g., If you create additional product bundles or add new options through the marketplace admin page.)
  • Note that if the shipping address is edited after you have imported an order, the changes will not be synced. Make sure you ship orders to the correct address if customers edit the shipping address.
  • The stock level of products on your online store and on marketplaces are not synced with each other. (Products that are out of stock on an marketplace could be displayed under products that are for sale.)
  • Only marketplace orders paid by card are imported to Market Plus. This means that you will not find any marketplace orders under this status.

Awaiting confirmation
  • Take a look at imported marketplace orders that have not yet been confirmed. You can confirm these orders.

Order in progress
  • Take a look at orders that are in progress. You can mark these orders as [Preparing for shipment].
  • Marketplace orders that have been paid can be found under the [Awaiting confirmation] status. You will not find these marketplace orders under this tab.

Preparing for shipment
  • Take a look at orders that need to be prepared for shipment. You can add tracking details and dispatch orders from this tab.

  • Take a look at orders that are pending for shipment. You can either dispatch these orders or revert their status to [Preparing for shipment].

  • Take a look at orders that are currently out for delivery.
