Bulk transfer products

  • Transfer multiple products to multiple marketplaces in one go.
  • This feature requires product names, target marketplaces and category details.

Search field

Search term
  • Search for products by product name, product code or price.
Online store
  • Select the store from which you want to search for products.
Product categories
  • Select a product category from which you want to search for products.
Marketplaces
  • Search for products based on the marketplaces to which they have yet to be transferred.
  • Marketplaces that do not support the “Bulk transfer” feature cannot be searched.
Added on
  • Search for products based on the date on which they were added to your Cafe24 store.
Display status/Sale status
  • Search for products based on whether they are displayed and/or for sale.
Manage search
  • Click on this button to save your search as a filter.
  • Simply adjust all your search settings, then click [Manage>Save filter] to save your search as a filter.
  • You can name the filters you save and delete those you no longer need.

Product list

Bulk transfer
  • Click to open a pop-up page through which you can transfer products in bulk to multiple marketplaces. For more details on this feature, scroll down to the “Bulk transfer products pop-up” section.
Show account info
  • Tick the checkbox if you want to show your account details in the “Marketplaces” column instead of simply seeing an icon for each marketplace.
Image
  • This is the product’s main image on your Cafe24 store.
Product code
  • This is the product’s code on your Cafe24 store.
Product name
  • This is the product’s name on your Cafe24 store.
  • Click on the product name or the magnifying-glass icon to trigger a sliding layer in which you can check product details, transfer logs and a list of the marketplaces to which the product is not transferred.
Product Product details (tab)
  • Find information on whether the product is displayed/for sale, the number of marketplaces it is transferred to, its options, and more.
Transfer logs (tab)
  • Check your product transfer history (success and failures).
No transfers (tab)
  • Take a look at the sales channels (marketplace account) to which you have yet to transfer the relevant product.
Sale/Display
  • This is the product’s sale/display status.
Price
  • This is the product’s price on your Cafe24 store. The currency is that of the synced store.
Added on
  • This is the date on which your product was added to your store.
Marketplaces
  • Select the marketplaces to which you want to send the products.
  • Tick the checkbox for [Show account info] to show your account details within the column.
  • Tick the checkbox in the top left corner of the table to select all the products and all the marketplaces.

Search for a category Recently used categories and recommendations
  • Click on the search bar to take a look at the categories you have recently used.
  • Recently used categories will be suggested along with the relevant product name and marketplaces.
  • When you select a recently used category, the relevant information will be applied to the marketplace list beneath. Nothing will be suggested if you have not recently transferred a product to the selected marketplace.
Search for a category
  • Search for a category of your choice by entering a keyword.
  • Use the space bar to enter more keywords.

Marketplace list

  • This is the list of marketplaces you selected to bulk transfer products. You will need to select a template and category for each marketplace.
Marketplace account
  • These are the details of your marketplace accounts (merchant/seller ID, etc.).
Template
  • Select the template you wish to use for the relevant marketplace.
Category
  • This is the category under which your product will be listed for each marketplace.
  • You can search and select categories in bulk.
Products
  • This is the total number of products that will be transferred to each market.
  • Click on the number to take a look at the product summary. (Product name/Product code/Price)

Product details and buttons

Price
  • When you are transferring products in bulk, you can only edit the price. Other product details will be identical to the relevant product on your Cafe24 store.
  • You can decide to raise or drop the prices of each products, or set an identically fixed price to all of them. If you edit the price, the [Price] field in the relevant marketplace products’ editing window will be set as [Set separately].
Transfer
  • Transfer all the products to the selected marketplaces.
Close
  • Close the pop-up window. Your changes will not be saved.
