Main features

  • Manage your Cafe24 products that have yet to be transferred to marketplaces and transfer them.
  • If a transfer fails because the relevant marketplace has changed its policy, it might be because product transfers are temporarily impossible while the changes are being reflected in the system.

Search field

Search term
  • Search for products by product name, product code or price.
Online store
  • Select the store from which you want to search for products.
Product categories
  • Select a product category from which you want to search for products.
Marketplaces
  • Search for products based on the marketplaces to which they have yet to be transferred.
Date added
  • Search for products based on the date on which they were added to your Cafe24 store.
Display status/Sale status
  • Search for products based on whether they are displayed and/or for sale.
Manage
  • Click on this button to save your search as a filter.
  • Simply adjust all your search settings, then click [Manage>Save filter] to save your search as a filter.
  • You can name the filters you save and delete those you no longer need.

Search results

Add product
  • You will be directed to your Cafe24 admin page to add a new product.
  • If you do not have any search results, you can use this button to directly add new products to your Cafe24 store.
Image
  • This is the product’s main image on your Cafe24 store.
Product code
  • This is the product’s code on your Cafe24 store.
Product name
  • This is the product’s name on your Cafe24 store
  • Click on the product name or the magnifying-glass icon to trigger a sliding layer in which you can check product details, transfer logs and a list of the marketplaces to which the product is not transferred.
Product Product details (tab)
  • Find information on whether the product is displayed/for sale, the number of marketplaces it is transferred to, its options, and more.
Transfer logs (tab)
  • Check your product transfer history (success and failures).
No transfers (tab)
  • Take a look at the sales channels (marketplace account) to which you have yet to transfer the relevant product.
Sale/Display
  • This is the product’s sale/display status.
Price
  • This is the product’s price on your Cafe24 store. The currency is that of the synced store.
Added on
  • This is the date on which your product was added to your store.
Online store
  • This is the Cafe24 store from which the product is synced.
Transfer
  • Transfer the relevant product to marketplaces.
