Manage transfers

  • Search, edit and manage the products you have transferred to marketplaces.
  • Products are all categorized by status, so you can easily find products that have successfully been transferred, but also drafts, failures and archived products.
  • Continue editing your drafts and transfer them to marketplaces.
  • Fix the issues related to transfer failures and try transferring them again.
  • Manage products that are no longer displayed on marketplace, including those whose sale’s period has expired or those that have been archived.

Status summary

  • This bar includes details on your products’ transfer status and sales status. Click on a status to only show related search results.
  • The default date range for this status summary is one year from the beginning of sales.
All
  • Click here to take a look at all the transferred products, regardless of their status.
Draft
  • Click here to only search for products that have been saved as a draft.
  • Drafts are simply a saved copy of marketplace product information, they are not yet transferred to a marketplace.
For sale
  • Click here to only search for products that are for sale on marketplaces.
Archived
  • Click here to only search for products that are archived.
  • These are products that you have purposely decided to set as archived to stop selling them. They are different from those whose sale’s period has expired.
Not for sale
  • Click here to only search for products that are no longer for sale.
  • These are products whose sale’s period has expired.
Failed
  • Click here to only search for products that have failed to transfer.
  • Failures can occur when you first try to transfer a product or when you edit a product that is already synced.

Search field

Search term
  • Enter a keyword for your search. You can specify your search terms as a product name, product code, marketplace product code, price, or product description.
Date range
  • Select a date range for your search. You can base your date range on when products starting selling, finished selling or the latest transfer date.
Marketplace category
  • Select a product category for your search.
  • Once you select a marketplace, it will automatically be reflected in the drop down for the search results.
  • You must select up to the “lowest” child category possible.
Manage search
  • Click on this button to save your search as a filter.
  • Simply adjust all your search settings, then click [Manage>Save filter] to save your search as a filter.
  • You can name the filters you save and delete those you no longer need.

Actions

Marketplaces
  • This feature at the top right of the search results allows you to select the marketplace for which you want to see search results.
  • Since this is the same feature as the one in the search field, the marketplace you select will also be reflected in the search field.
Bulk actions
  • The features under this button allow you to edit or transfer multiple products in one go.
Transfer draft products
  • This allows you to transfer multiple drafts in one go.
  • This will transfer drafts directly, without requiring that you edit templates or product information.
Bulk edit
  • This allows you to edit the product description, price and origin of multiple products in one go.
Edit sale status
  • The features under this button allow you to change the sale status of multiple products in one go.
Archived
  • This archives the selected products.
Remove from archive
  • This removes the selected products from the archive so they can be sold again.
  • Once you remove a product from the archive, the related information that had been saved in Market Plus will be updated on marketplaces.
  • You cannot remove from archive products that have been deleted through the Merchant/Seller Center. You can only stop syncing these products.
Disable sync
  • This will turn off the sync for the selected products.
  • After disabling sync, the relevant products will be marked as “Not for sale” on marketplaces and will be sent to the [Transfer products] menu.
  • You cannot import orders for products that are no longer synced.
  • If you transfer the same product again from the [Transfer products] menu, it will be uploaded as a new product, with a new product code, onto marketplaces.
Extend sale period
  • This will trigger a pop-up through which you can extend sale periods.
  • Simply select the number of days by which you wish to extend the period and click on [Extend period]. The period extensions are reflected differently depending on the products’ sale status.
  • If you extend the period of a product that is for sale, the period will be extended from the original end date.
  • If you extend the period of an archived product, the extension will begin as soon as you request it.
Transfer products
  • This will redirect you to [Market Plus>Products>Manage products>Transfer products].
Table headers
  • Select which table headers you want to include for the search results. Untick the checkbox to hide a header.

Product list

  • This is the list of products that are relevant to your search filters.
Image
  • This is the transferred product’s main image.
Marketplace account
  • This is the name of the transferred product and your marketplace account. The same product will appear multiple times if it has been transferred to various marketplaces/marketplace accounts.
Product code
  • This is the transferred product’s product code on your Cafe24 store.
Product code (Marketplace)
  • This is the transferred product’s product code on the relevant marketplace.
  • Click on a the product code to be redirected to the product details page on the relevant marketplace.
Product name
  • This is the name of the transferred product.
  • Clicking on the product name will open a pop-up window through which you can edit product information.
  • The fields in the pop-up window are identical to those of the relevant marketplace template. For more details on marketplace templates, please refer to the guidelines on templates.

Transfer status
  • This is the transfer status of the transferred product.
  • There are four possible transfer statuses: Awaiting transfer (for drafts), Processing, Transferred, and Failed.
  • If you click on the status of products that are transferred, that failed to transfer, or that were rejected, a sliding layer will appear with details on the transfer history.
Sale status
  • This is the sale status of the transferred product.
  • There are three possible sale statuses: For sale, Archived, and Not for sale.
Price
  • This is the price of the transferred product.
  • The currency will vary depending on that of the store that you chose to sync with the marketplace.
Options
  • This column indicates whether the product has options.
Category
  • This is the “lowest” child category that contains the product on the marketplace.
Transferred on/Sale began on/Sale ended on
  • These are the date on which the product was most recently transferred, the date on which it was put up for sale, and the day on which its sale period expired/will expire.
Details Details button
  • This will open a pop-up window through which you can edit product information.
  • The fields in the pop-up window are identical to those of the relevant marketplace template. For more details on marketplace templates, please refer to the guidelines on templates.
