Points/Credits analysis

  • Search for details on points and credits that have been rewarded or deducted.
  • Download the results relevant to your search conditions as well as the records of rewarded/deducted points and credits.
  • The data shown under this menu is collected in real time.

Points

■ Search field - Date range
Date range
  • The maximum date range is one year.
■ Statistics

1. Scrollbar
  • Use the scrollbar to get a closer look at the period of your choice.
2. Graph
  • You can check the data per day through this chart.
  • Rewards and deductions are represented by a bar chart, while their difference is expressed with a line graph.
  • Hover your mouse over the graphs for further details.
3. Legend
  • Click on each element in the legend to hide/display the relevant data in the graph.
Points rewarded/deducted

Create CSV
  • Click this button to create a CSV file with the data.
  • You can download all created CSV files for 15 days after they have been created through the [Downloads] window. You can create as many CSV files as you wish within a day.
CSV list
  • This button will redirect you to a page containing the list of CSV files you can download.

No. of items per page
  • Select how many items you want to show per page in the table.
  • You can select whether to show 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 items per page.
