Date range
  • The maximum date range is one year.
Search methods
  • View by area: View statistics based on each shipping zone of the country you selected.
  • View by country: View statistics based on each country to which you deliver.

  • Click on the tabs to view each elements' TOP 20 shipping zones.
  • Data for "Others" is not included in the graph.
  • *Others: Shipping zones that are not input according to the standard (e.g., "NY" for New York City) and empty fields are both categorized as "Others."

Details

Details General
  • The data for these statistics is collected during one hour before the most recent update.
  • Statistics are displayed in descending order based on the tab you have selected above the graph.
  • "Others" is displayed at the bottom of the page.
  • Others: Shipping zones that are not input according to the standard (e.g., "NY" for New York City) and empty fields are both categorized as "Others."
Number of deliveries
  • This is the number of orders that were changed to [In transit] while the data was collected.
Number of products paid
  • This is the total number of products purchased by customers (within an original order, added to an order or within an exchange) while the data was collected.
Amount paid
  • This is the total sales amount of products purchased by customers (for original orders, when adding a product to an order and for an exchange) while the data was collected.
  • Amount paid = (Price ± Extra charge (item)) * No. of items purchased
  • Note that coupons and discounts are not reflected in this number and the price from the time of purchase is reflected in the calculation, although product prices may have changed between now and then.
Number of products refunded
  • This is the total number of products that have been refunded.
Amount refunded
  • This is the total amount of refunds relevant to the products that have been refunded while the data was collected.
  • Amount refunded = (Price ± Extra charge (item)) * No. of items purchased
  • Note that coupons and discounts are not reflected in this number and the price from the time of purchase is reflected in the calculation, although product prices may have changed between now and then.

  1. If the payment currency is a foreign currency, a reference amount will be calculated and displayed based on the exchange rate for the default currency.
