Dashboard

  • This menu analyzes the sales history of your online store and offers data on sales, as well as products analysis- and customer analysis-related data. Under this menu, you can check details on today’s net sales, your daily/weekly/monthly net sales and your net sales by payment method, as well as various product rankings.
  • The data related to sums of money under this menu are updated every hour between 10 and 20 minutes past the hour based on the order/refund data that is collected until the said hour.
  1. e.g. When it says [Updated on: 8/1/2018 13:00], the sums you can see at 13:30 are based on data accumulated until 13:00.
  • Processing time may vary slightly depending on the order volume of your online store.

Today's net sales Common
  • Data is updated differently depending on the page.
  • “Today’s net sales” in the dashboard of [Orders>Analytics] is updated every hour.
  • “Sales report” in the dashboard of [Orders>Fulfillment] is updated in real-time.
Today’s net sales amount
  • This is the amount paid minus the amount refunded.
  • Today’s net sales amount = Amount paid (for payments made today) - Amount refunded (for refunds processed today)
Amount paid
  • This is the total amount that has been paid by customers as well as the points and credits that have been used.
  • Amount paid = Actual amount paid + Points + Credits
  • Only orders that have been paid are reflected in these numbers. Orders that are awaiting payment are not included in this data.
  • This number is equal to that of “Total payments” when making a search for today in [Orders>Analytics>Sales>Daily sales].
Amount refunded
  • This is the total amount that has been refunded to customers.
  • Amount refunded = Actual amount refunded + Points + Credits
  • This number is equal to that of “Total refunds” when making a search for today in [Orders>Analytics>Sales>Daily sales].
Payments
  • This is the number of orders that have been paid for today.
  • This number is equal to that of “Number of orders” when making a search for today in [Orders>Analytics>Sales>Daily sales].
Cancellations/exchanges/returns
  • This is the number of canceled/exchanged/returned items for which a refund has been processed today.
Shipped
  • This is the number of shipments that have been shipped today.
Delivered
  • This is the number of shipments that have been delivered today.
  1. • Data for shipped and delivered orders is updated in real-time.
Estimated peak time
  • The peak time is estimated based on the day of the week during which the most orders have been placed over the past month.
  • Peak time slots are displayed in order of the highest order amount.
  • Note that it may slightly differ from the actual peak time as it is calculated based on past data.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly net sales
  • You can check information related to daily net sales, weekly net sales, monthly net sales, and net sales for each payment method.
Calculation basis for net sales
  1. 1) Daily net sales
  • “Today” (one day): 00:00 - 23:59
  • “Last 7 days (average)”: 7 days ago - yesterday
  1. 2) Weekly net sales
  • “This week” (one week): Monday - Sunday
  • “Last 4 days (average)”: 4 weeks ago - yesterday
  1. 3) Monthly net sales
  • “This month” (one month): 1st of the month - last day of the month
  • “Last 3 months (average)”: 3 months ago - yesterday

  • This section shows the ten products with the largest sales volume among those sold today.

Weekly Top 5 cancellations/returns (by quantity)
  • This section shows the five products with the highest cancellation/return quantities over the past 7 days.
  • Click [More] to go to [Orders>Analytics>Products>Most canceled/returned products].
  • Data is updated every hour.
Weekly Top 5 cancellations/returns (by return rate)
  • This section shows the five products with the highest cancellation/return rate over the past seven days.
  • Click [More] to go to [Orders>Analytics>Products>Most canceled/returned products].
  • Data is updated every hour.
