Memos can be helpful when dealing with customer requests or any other issues since useful data is recorded such as date, author (ID or sub-admin’s name), and IP address.
Tick [Important memo] to display the [Important] icon for the relevant memo.
Tick [Pin to top] to pin the memo to the top and add a "Pin" icon to it.
Add to [Customer inquiries]
Enable [Add to [Customer inquiries]] to display the same admin memo in [Order details].
However, even if you edit or delete the memo here, the changes will not be reflected in [Order details].
