Details on return
  • You can check detailed information regarding the return process for all products marked as [In progress], [Accepted], [Rejected], and [Undone].
    1. [Order item] - Always displayed
    1. [Request details], [Return address], and [Refund methods] - Displayed in [Accepted]
    1. [Rejected] - Rejected return requests are viewed
    1. [Undone] - Undone return requests are viewed

Order item

  • You can check order items for return. For any return requests directly made by the customer in the online store, the corresponding request information, including the reason for exchange and the bank account for refunds, will be displayed.
Undo return
  • Click [Undo return], fill in the required items, and click [Undone] to undo the return.
  • If you undo, the order will go back to its previous status. You can check the history in the [Rejected/Undone] tab in [Orders>Cancellations/Exchanges/Returns/Refunds> Returns].

Products marked as [In progress] and [Returned]

  • For products marked as [In progress] and [Returned], detailed return and refund information will be displayed at the bottom of [Order details].

Products marked as [Rejected] and [Undone]

  • If the order status is [Rejected/Undone], reason for rejection or undoing is displayed at the bottom of relevant order items.
