Issued coupons

  • Create various types of coupons for your customers.
  • Manage the settings for issuance, usage, individual image, and additional information for coupons.

Search coupons

  • You can run a filtered search for coupons. Use the coupon name, incentive type, issuance type, coupon type, date created, and deletion status as filters.

Issued coupons

  • The result of the filtered search will appear in this table. You can see the coupon information and use features such as view, duplicate, and copy URL.
Issued coupons Status
  • Active - The validity has not expired, and you can automatically or manually issue coupons depending on the issuance type.
  • Issuing coupons in bulk: This status will appear if you are generating 50,000 coupons or more. Once they are issued the status will change to "Active."
  • Paused - The validity has not expired, but the issuance is currently paused. The coupon is no longer automatically issued and customers will not be able to download the relevant coupon since it will not be displayed on the storefront.
  • Inactive - Customers cannot use the relevant coupon since its validity has expired.
  • Deleted (Inactive) - Deleted coupons that are not issued
Coupons
  • Select coupons and click [Bulk manage] to issue or delete (recapture) multiple coupons at once.
  • In [Manage issued coupons] page that appears when you click [View], you can see the details of coupon issuance for each customer with the coupon.
  • In [Create coupons] page that appears when you click [Duplicate], the settings from the existing coupon are copied, and you can simply make few changes to create a new coupon.
  • By clicking [Copy] in the [URL] column, you can check and copy the URL for coupon download.
    1. The button will be displayed only if [Downloadable coupon] is selected for [Issuance type]. You can use the link in the body of email or post in boards.
Delete
  • Delete: Even when the coupon is deleted, the coupon already issued will be available for customers to redeem.
  • Delete permanently: Note that if you permanently delete a coupon, a coupon that has already been issued to customers will no longer be valid.
  • Deleted coupons will not appear in the coupons list. You can only view deleted coupons by filtering your search results.

Issue Issue manually
  • You can manually issue the coupon in [Issue coupon] page you are redirected to after clicking [Issue] button.
  • For customer-specific coupons or downloadble coupons that are active, you can click [Activate] and issue the coupons manually.
Pause
  • To suspend issuance of coupons when the status is [Issuing], click [Suspend].
Reactivate
  • Click [Reactivate] button to reactivate the coupons that were paused.
  • You can edit the pause period for coupons already paused or scheduled to be paused by clicking on [Pause] or [Reactivate] button.
Schedule
  • You will be able to check the period during which the coupon is paused by clicking on the status of the coupon that is marked as [Paused] or [Active].
  • If expiry dates for coupons have not been reached, coupons will be reactivated automatically once the specified pause periods are over.
  • Depending on the coupon issuance conditions, coupon will be automatically issued starting from the date when the coupon is reactivated.
  • [Pause] button is unavailable for coupons that cannot be issued automatically.ne.g. Coupons that are inactive or deleted, Coupons that are issued to specific customers.
View
  • Clicking [View] will redirect you to [Promotions>Coupons>Manage issued coupons].
Settings
  • You can create a new coupon with the same conditions as the selected coupon. Clicking [Duplicate] will redirect you to [Promotions>Coupons>Create coupons], and you will find the settings from the selected coupon have been entered as default.
Path
  • You can find the URL for downloading the coupon. Click [Copy] to copy the URL for coupon download.

View coupon details

  • This is [Confirm coupons] page that appears when you click the coupon number in [Issued coupons]. You can check the coupon's basic information, detailed information, theme settings, and additional service settings.

  • You can access this page by clicking the coupon number or the coupon name in [Issued coupons]. You can see the details of the coupon.
  • When you click [Edit] button, you will be redirected to [Edit coupon] page where you can edit the details of the coupon you selected.
Direct download URL
  • The URL for coupon download is provided only when [Downloadable coupon] is selected as the option.
  • You can add the web link in emails or posts to allow the customers to click and download the coupon.
Status
  • Check the current status of the coupon - [Issuing], [Issuance disabled], or [Cannot issue].
  • When you click [Suspend] next to the status, [Suspend coupon issuance] pop-up will appear. Clicking [Resume] will open [Resume issuance] pop-up for you to enter the details.
Edit coupon
  • Before coupon is issued: All fields can be edited.
  • After coupon is issued: Only [Coupon name], [Eligible products] and [Eligible categories] fields can be edited.

  • You can edit any information before the coupon is issued. After issuing, you can only edit some items.
    1. When one or more coupons have been issued, you can only edit the following items: Basic information>Coupon name, Details>Eligible products/Eligible categories.
  • Note that if you edit a coupon before it is issued, all the items will be edited, including the time of issuance, and paused coupons may be reactivated.

  • Restricting the product categories to which coupons already issued can be applied may result in customer complaints or disputes. Make sure to check if the product categories can be restricted for the coupon prior to editing the settings.

Issue coupon

  • This is the [Manage issued coupons] page that appears when you go to [Issued coupons] and click [View] button in the [View] column. In this page, you will see [Coupon information], [Manage coupons], and [List of issued and used coupons].

  • Check the coupon information and manually issue coupons to the selected customer accounts.
Maximum quantity per issuance
  • This feature becomes available when you select [Enable] for [Multiple issuance]. And you can select to issue up to 10 coupons at once.
    1. e.g. Coupons are issued as many as specified. If you enter 5, five same coupons will be issued at once.
  • Regardless of the number of coupons issued, only one email will be sent if you have selected [Send] for [Email notification].
Select customer level/condition
  • You can select to whom you will issue the coupon to and the issuance conditions. Specify the customers to issue the coupon to by selecting [All customers], [Specific customer levels], [Specific customers], [Issue with CSV].

Manage issued coupons

  • You can see the list of customer accounts with this coupon and the details about the issue date, used date, order number, and status.
Number of issued/used coupons
  • You can check the number of coupons issued and the number of coupons not yet used.
  • For coupons that were permanently deleted and are marked as [Cannot issue], the issuance details will be automatically deleted one year after its expiration date. In [Coupons with disabled auto-delete], you can check the number of relevant coupons.
Issued/Used coupons
  • In the list, select a coupon, click [Delete (reclaim)] to reclaim unused coupons from customer accounts. Coupons that have been used will not be deleted or reclaimed.
