Manage check-in campaigns and participants for each campaign.
You can create multiple check-in campaigns but can only activate one campaign at a time. The campaign period cannot be overlapped.

When you click the campaign name, you will be redirected to the campaign details page or the editing page.
Click [View] in the [Checked ins] column to see the details of customers who participated in the campaign.
Click [Change status] to change the status of the campaign.
Status
1) Standby
The campaign is on standby. You can only host one check-in campaign at a time.
You can make changes to all fields and delete information.
For campaigns to be activated manually, you need to manually change the status to [Ongoing]. You can change the status after the midnight of the start date.
The status of automatically launched campaigns will be changed automatically to [Ongoing] at the midnight of the start date.
2) Ongoing
The campaign is currently ongoing. You can only host one campaign at a time.
Some details can be edited, but the campaign cannot be deleted.
Change the status to [Paused], [Complete], or [End].
3) Paused
Some details can be edited, but the campaign cannot be deleted.
You can change the status to [Ongoing], [Complete], or [End].
4) Complete
The status will be changed automatically at the midnight of the end date.
Campaign cannot be edited or deleted.
You can mark the status as [End].
5) End
The campaign has ended, and you can only view the list of participants.
Campaign cannot be edited or deleted.
Details
Export the check-in history and issued incentives for the check-in campaign as CSV.
Data to be downloaded in CSV for check-in history: ID, check-in date
Data to be downloaded in CSV for incentive issuance history: ID, name, check-in status, number of check-ins, number of consecutive check-ins, issued incentives, date of issuance, issuer
Search for participants
You can view customers who have checked in more than once. They will be also included when you enter 0 for the number of/consecutive number of check-ins as the search condition.
Campaign participants
For a restarted (repeated) check-in campaign, only the customers marked with the status [In process] will appear.
Status of participating customers
In process: A customer who has checked in more than once
Completed: A customer who has met the maximum number of check-ins and cannot participate any more
Fields
Check-ins during date range: It is the total number of check-ins during the specified date range.
Check-ins: It is the number of check-ins during the campaign period. Once the incentives have been issued, it will be reset to 0.
Consecutive check-ins: It is the number of consecutive check-ins during the campaign period. When the customer is absent, the number will be reset. Once the incentives have been issued, it will be reset to 0.
Total incentives: You can see points or coupons issued manually or automatically for participation in the check-in campaign during the campaign period.
Incentive issuance/reclaim: You can manually issue or reclaim incentives given for participation in the check-in campaign.
Issued points: Check the customers’ history of participation in the check-in campaign.
