Settings

  • Manage the settings for the gifts to give as incentive.
  • The settings established here for gifts will be applied to the online store. (Applied to all gifts)

Product to offer as gift

Give gifts for payments made entirely with points
  • You can select not to give a gift if customers have paid the entire amount in points.
Formula for gifts
  • Total order amount is the total product price + shipping fee before applying the discount.
  1. (Depending on the option to include the shipping fee, the shipping fee may or may not be included in the calculation.)
  • Amount paid is the amount the customer has actually paid after the coupon discounts and points have been applied.
  • e.g. When [Include points to total] is selected and customers can get a gift for a purchase over KRW 19,000, if KRW 20,000 (total price) - KRW 1,000 (coupon discount) - KRW 1,000 (points) = KRW 18,000 is the payment due, the points will be added to the total, and the customer can receive a gift.
Include shipping rates
  • When [No] has been selected for [Include shipping rates] and customers can get a gift for a purchase over KRW 20,000, if KRW 17,000 (total price) + KRW 3,000 (shipping fee) = KRW 20,000 has paid by the customer, the shipping fee will be excluded, and the customer will not receive a gift.
Show out-of-stock gifts
  • This option only applies for when [Allow customers to select] is selected for [Gift selection]. When [Automatically select a specific gift] is selected, the customers will not receive a gift when the gifts are out of stock.
Gift selection
  • Allow customers to select: Customers can select their own gift.
  • Automatically select a specific gift: Pre-selected gift is automatically given to eligible customers. (You can only select one product as a gift.)
  • For [Automatically select a specific product], you can only select products without options.
Customers can select
  • One gift: Customers can select only one gift.
  • Two or more: Customers can select two or more gifts regardless of the product category. (Check off the box.)
  • When [Two or more] is selected, gift points will be deducted.
  1. 1) When customers get to select gifts
    • When this option is selected, the customers can select their own gift.
    • With this option, the customers can select their gift in the checkout page or the order summary page and confirm the gift they have selected.

  1. 2) When gifts are selected automatically
    • When this option is selected, the gift for the customers is selected automatically.
    • With this option, the customers can see the gift in the checkout page or the order summary page.
Allow customers to select gifts on
  • For guest accounts, only the gifts available for the guest accounts will be displayed on the gift list.
  • They cannot access information on gifts for the first-time customers or gifts only available for customer accounts.
  1. 1) Order form page
  • Customers can select the gift in the order form page.
  • When gifts are given automatically, the gift will be displayed in the order form.
  1. 2) Checkout page
  • Customers can select the gift in the checkout page.
  • This is a default option and cannot be deleted.
  1. 3) Order details page
  • When a customer has not selected a gift in the checkout page, a gift can be selected in the order summary page before the product is shipped (when the status is Awaiting payment, Payment confirmed, Pending shipment, Preparing for shipment, or Awaiting shipment).
  • Customers can receive gifts only during the promotion.: The button for selecting a gift will appear in the order details page only during the promotion period.
  • Customers can receive gifts after the promotion.: The button for selecting a gift will appear in the order details page during and after the promotion period.
  • Note that when customers are to select a gift from the order detail page, the customer may select the gift after the admin has confirmed and sent the order out for delivery, in which case the gift will not be sent with the order.
Calculate eligibility
  • Based on all products: Calculate a customer's eligibility to receive a gift based on all the items included in their order.
  • Based on products with incentives: Calculate a customer's eligibility to receive a gift only based on items in their order that are part of an incentive program.
  • Note that if you select "Based on products with incentives", you can only choose "Order total" for [Calculation base amount] beneath. The "Amount paid" option is only available if you calculate the eligibility to receive a gift based on all order items.
Number of gifts allowed
  • One gift only: Only one gift is issued regardless of the number of products purchased.
  • Based on the number of products purchased: Number of gifts issued is equal to the total number of products purchased.
    1. E.g. If a customer purchases 1 of product A and 2 of product B, a total of 3 gifts are issued.
    1. However, if gifts are issued based on the purchase of a specific product, the number of gifts issued is equal to the total number of the specific product purchased.
