Referrers/Referees

  • You can search and see the referees (customers who signed up by recommendation).
  • You can search and see the referrers (customers who recommend others to sign up).

Manage referees

Newly joined referees
  • Number of newly joined referees / Total number of newly joined customers
Referee search
  • You can search for customers who mentioned a referrer during the signup.
  • You can specify a referrer or a referee in your search. When you enter a referrer in your search, a list of customers who mentioned the relevant referrer will be displayed.
Search results
  • Last date of visit and last date of order are information regarding the referee.
  • For a customer who has not placed any order, the last date of order and the order number fields will be left empty.
Change level
  • You can host a promotion where the customer level of newly joined referees (those who signed up because of a referrer) will be upgraded. Upgrading a customer level can also be a reward.

Referrers/Referees

Search referrers
  • You can only search for customers who have received at least one referral and have received points for the referral.
  • You can search for referrers who received the referrer points or were referred a specific number of times during the date range.
  • The maximum date range is 6 months.
  • When you select [All] as the date range, all referrers who were mentioned in the past 6 months will be included in your search.
  • When you select [Specified date range], you can search for referrers who received the referrer points within the specified date range.
Search results
  • Total recommendations shows how many times the referrer has been mentioned. It equals to the number of referees.
  • Total points awarded to referrers are the total amount of points that the referrer has received (immediately upon signup of referees + referees’ purchases). Points that were issued then recaptured are not included in the total.
  • Amount of points rewarded during the date range refers to the total referrer points received during the specified date range.
  • Only the referrers who received the referrer points will be searched.

Change level
  • You can change the customer level of the selected customers.
  • Upgrading a customer level can also be a reward. You can hold a promotion or campaign where the customer level of frequently mentioned referrers will be upgraded.
