Schedule layout

  • When you create a product display schedule, you can set to automatically display the products from a category of your choice at the time you specify.
  • This feature is not used to change whether to display a product on the storefront or not. Rather, it is used to display the product under a specific category for a period of time.
  • A product without a category is not displayed on the storefront, so you can use this feature for products you no longer want to sell.
  • You can add up to 20 standby, ongoing display schedules.
  • If there are a lot of incentives or products included in a schedule, the system load may become too great, and there may occur a slight delay in processing the data in bulk.

Search filters

  • You can add search filters to find the specific schedule you want to see.

Schedules

Schedule name
  • Clicking on the schedule name will redirect you to the [Schedule product display] page where you can edit the details for the schedule you clicked on.
Added on
  • This is the date when the schedule was added.
  • When multiple schedules are added to be processed during the same period, products linked to the schedule that has been added first will be displayed first. (Schedules displayed at the top of the list when the schedules are sorted by date added (latest first))
Linked incentives/products
  • Incentive name will be displayed when you link an incentive you added in [Promotions]. Clicking on the incentive name will open the [Edit incentive] pop-up where you can edit the details of the incentive.
  • If you manually set the display period and products to be displayed during the period, [View applicable products] button will be displayed in the list. Clicking on the button will open a pop-up where you can view the products scheduled to be displayed during the set period.
Start date/End date
  • Products will be displayed and excluded from their original categories during the period between start date and end date.
  • Start date must be later than the date and time when the schedule is first added. You select a start date and time that is earlier than the date and time when the schedule is added, but in this case, the schedule will go into effect five minutes after it is added.
Schedules
  • Product layout will be displayed in the order it was added.
  • Date added and the time under [Start display] and [End display] are all based on Korean time. Note when creating a campaign for overseas customers.

  • When you have created two schedules with the same date range, the product will continue to display in the selected category even after you remove the product from the category.
Status
  • Standby: Products are not yet on display. When the start date for a schedule including incentives is set to be before the saving time, it will be shown as standby for 5 minutes while the display update is in progress.
  • In progress: Product display is in progress. Wait a few minutes as you will be able to edit the schedule once the status becomes [Ongoing] or [Completed].
  • Ongoing: Products are on display until the end date.
  • Completed: The product display has been started and ended according to the schedule.
  • Failed: The schedule could not be performed as the incentives included in the schedule are not applicable for specific products, the dates were not specified, or the incentives have been deleted. (You can edit the information to apply the scheduled display again.)
