Shipping
  • For overseas shipping using EMS, you can set individual settings by selecting [Enable per-product shipping fee].
Shipping rate settings Fixed fee
  • The specified shipping fee will be charged regardless of the customer's purchase amount.
By purchase amount
  • If the customer's purchase amount is less than the specified purchase amount, shipping fee is charged as specified. Shipping will be free if the customer's purchase amount is greater than the specified purchase amount.
Tiered shipping rates (by amount)
  • You can set shipping rates based on the customer's purchase amount.
  • Shipping will be free if the customer's order amount is greater than the maximum value in the purchase amount range.
Tiered shipping rates (by weight)
  • You can set shipping rates based on the weight of products in a customer's order.
  • Shipping will be free if the customer's order amount is greater than the maximum value in the purchase amount range.
Tiered shipping rates (by quantity)
  • You can set shipping rates based on the number of products in a customer's order.
  • Shipping will be free if the customer's order amount is greater than the maximum value in the purchase amount range.
In proportion to quantity
  • When you select [In proportion to quantity], the amount of shipping fee charged increases depending on the number of products ordered. For example, 65 is charged when one product is included in a single order, and 120 is charged when two products are included in a single order.
Total product weight
  • [Total product weight] shall reflect the total package weight including the product weight and packaging.
HS code
  • HS code refers to an international product nomenclature developed by the WCO (World Customs Organization) that describes the types of good that is shipped through a six-digit identification code. HS code is used as a bsis for customs tariffs and collection of international trade statistics.
  • HS code for the shipping country is required to calculate the tax rate accurately.
  • Click the [+] icon to add HS codes.
  • If you enter a Japanese HS code, we will automatically recommend an HS code that is the closest to what you have input.
Search HS code
  • You can search for the HS code country in the website below.
Classification (Customs clearance)
  • The information you entered will be used for classifying your products for customs clearance. The information will be automatically translated into English and displayed in the shipping label.
  • Note that entering incorrect or incomplete information may results in shipping delay.
  • Items such as tools, battery, food, liquids, electronics may be restricted on planes and at customs. You need to check with customs or relevant agencies for details.
  • If you enter [Classification (Customs clearance)] information for each product category in [Products>Categories>Categorization], the information you added will be automatically entered for the product category you select.
Product material
  • Material composition must be included in [Material]. e.g. Cotton 80%, Polyester 20%
  • For bundles, you need to enter the material composition for each product. e.g. Top - Cotton 80%, Linen 20%/ Bottom - Cotton 100%)
Material (English) (Customs clearance)
  • If you ship your orders through overseas shipping carriers, apparel material information in English may be required for customs clearance. Checking with your shipping carriers in advance is recommended.
Fabric (Customs clearance)
  • If you are using a Japanese shipping carrier, you may be required to give details on fabrics for customs clearance when shipping clothes. Be sure to check whether this information is required by your shipping carrier.
  • Depending on how the yarn of the fabric is arranged, you can select either knit or woven.
  • Knit: Fabric that consists of a structure formed by interlocking loops of yarn
  • Woven: Fabric made by interlacing two or more threads at right angles to one another.
Shipping type Shipping by store owner
  • If the product is not shipped by the supplier, you can mark the order as [In transit] on your admin website and process the order as usual.
  • If the product is shipped by the supplier, you must purchase the product from the supplier and mark the order as [In transit] on your admin website.
Shipping by vendor
  • If the product is not shipped by the supplier, you can mark the order as [In transit] on your admin website and process the order as usual.
  • If the product is shipped by the supplier, the supplier must confirm the order on the supplier's admin website and mark the order as [In transit].
Others (Warehouse/Third-party warehouse)
  • Shipping should be fulfilled by shipping origins or warehouses added in [My Store>Shipping>Shipping origins].
