Use the tabs to conveniently add products in bulk, bulk change related products, and bulk edit options and stock quantities.
Go to [Add products] tab to add new products or edit existing products, [Related products settings] tab to edit related products, and [Modify options/inventory] to edit items and stocks.
Download template
You need to download the CSV template first to add new products via CSV.
If you want to edit existing products, you need to select the products you wish to edit and click [Export as CSV] button in [Products>Products>Product list]. For editing products, you need to edit product information in basic template.
CSV template will be updated from time to time without prior notice. If an error occurs while trying to add products via CSV, you need to check if the CSV template you are using is up to date.
Import CSV
1) General
Column header descriptions
Fields that are required when adding new products via CSV differ depending on the settings for [Calculate price based on] in [My Store>Store setup>Settings>Products (Tab)].
When [Price] is selected for [Calculate price based on]: product name, product price, cost
When [Price] is not selected for [Calculate price based on]: product name, product price, cost
[Product name] is required to edit a product.
If you enter "Y (Display)" for [Product category: New products] or [Product category: Recommended products], an error occurs and the product is not added.
You can add up to 1,000 products at a time.
Note that if more than 1,000 variants are added, page may not load properly.
Note that adding unnecessary spaces may cause issues when your file is uploaded.
When you leave some fields empty in the excel file, the corresponding information will not be updated for the product.
If you add other field headers to the basic template and export the data via CSV, the CSV file will be uploaded but the added information will not be updated.
The three most recently imported files in the last 72 hours will be displayed under [Import complete].
If [Enable auto-translation for option values] is set as [Yes] in [My Store>Store setup>General settings], option values you add will be automatically translated into your multi-language store's language.
If you do not enter [HS code] when uploading products via CSV, the HS code entered in [Shipping/Returns] will be applied.
• Option values may be displayed in Korean while the they are being translated into your multi-language store's language.
• Auto-translation for option values is available only for English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified) and Chinese (Traditional).
※ The [Import CSV] feature is only supported for Internet Explorer versions above v.10.
2) Download template
To add new products, download the CSV template first.
To edit existing products, select the products in [Product list] and click on [Export as CSV]. Create a [Basic template] CSV and edit the products.
The CSV template is periodically updated. If an error occurs when importing your CSV file, download the latest template and try again.
3) Adding new products and editing existing product information
(1) Add new products
When adding a new product, leave the product code field empty. The product code is automatically created by the system once a product is added.
If the product has options, variants will be created automatically when products are added via CSV.
(2) Edit products
When editing products via CSV, you can enter the codes of the products you wish to edit.
(Product code refers to a unique code assigned to each product. A product code is generated automatically when the product is added.)
For products with options, you cannot enable or disable options and edit variant selection methods via CSV.
If you need to add options or variants for the product, you should import the relevant data in [Edit options/inventory] tab.
If you do not have permission to add or edit product categories, data for [Product category number], [Product category: New products] and [Product category: Recommended products] cannot be edited.
If you do not have permission to edit products, data for [Product name], [Taxation type], [MSRP], [Cost] and [Price] cannot be edited.
When you edit the information of a product on a multi-language store, check before saving whether the [Apply default store information] option has been enabled before.
