You need to download the template first to add related products via CSV.
The CSV template you download can only be used for adding related products.
Changes you make to the CSV file such as adding or deleting products will not be reflected to the system.
If you need to add or edit products, go to [Products>Import via CSV>Add product (Tab)].
Import CSV
You can add related products for a product via CSV by using the template you downloaded.
You can add or edit up to 1,000 products.
Leave the first row as it is and enter the data starting from the second row.
You must save the file as a CSV file.
Note that adding unnecessary spaces may cause issues when your file is uploaded.
(1) Column A: Product code
Enter the product code of the product you wish to add related products to.
If you leave this column empty, related products you added in the file cannot be added.
(2) Column B: Related products
You can enter multiple product codes for products you wish to add as related products by separating each product code with semicolons. (You can add up to 200 products.)
Products will be displayed in the related products section in the order they are entered.
When you import data on related products via CSV, all related products will be added as one-way by default. For products you wish to add as two-way, you need to add product codes for each product.
If a product code same as the one in column A is entered in column B, the product will not be added as a related product.
If you leave this column empty, related products added for this product will be deleted.
