Product list

  • View and manage all products you added to your store on a single page.
  • View general product information such as price and stock level.

Filters

  • By clicking [+], you can add multiple filters for search category, available stock, and price for a single search.
  • For [Available stock] and [Price], you can only enter either the minimum value or the maximum value in the range.
  • You can calculate the product price based on price, MSRP or cost.
Statistics
  • You can check the number of total products added and the number of products in each display and sale status.
  • When you click on the number for each status, a list of products that correspond to each status will be displayed below.
Add product
  • When you click [Add product] button, you will be redirected to the [Advanced settings] page.
Save filter settings
  • You can save the filter settings by store or by menu.
  • Items listed below will not be saved in your search history.
Items not saved in search history
  1. ① Filter: The filter you selected will be saved, but the search terms you entered will not be saved.
  1. ② Date added: Search condition in the drop-down list and the button you select for the date range will be saved. The date range settings you enter in the calendar will not be saved.
  1. ③ Available stock: The search condition you selected in the drop-down list will be saved, but the numbers you entered for quantity fields will not be saved.
  1. ④ Price: The search condition you selected in the drop-down list will be saved, but the numbers you entered for the price fields will not be saved.
Filter
  • You can add up to 10 search boxes. (You can add/delete search boxes with the +/- buttons.)
  • When searching with these filters, you can search for up to 100 items with each search box by separating the search terms with commas.
  • [Product number / Product code / Custom product code / Variant code / Custom variant code]
  1. E.g. When the filter is set as product number, the search terms will look like: P0000BOJ, P0000BOI, P0000BOH
Product category
  • Product categories added to your store will be displayed.
  • You can check the products added to a specific category by selecting a main category, subcategory 1, subcategory 2 and subcategory 3.
Include subcategories
  • When [Include subcategories] is checked, all products added to the subcategories of the category you selected will be included in the search results.
  • (If you check [Include subscategories in search results] and search for the main category (Outer), products added to subcategory 1 (Coat) will be included in the search results.)
Include uncategorized products
  • When checked, products not added to specific product categories will be displayed in the search results.
Inventory tracking enabled
  • You can search for products based on whether inventory tracking is enabled or not.

  • You can search for products by the number of available stock and safety stock.
  • You can add up to 10 filters and adjust the number of filters by clicking + or - button.
Price
  • You can enter a specific price range and search for the product. You can add up to ten price ranges by using the [+] button.

Product list

Edit display/sale status for multi-language stores
  • You can edit display/sale status of products for your multi-language stores.
  • Clicking the [Settings for multi-language stores] button will open the [Bulk edit display settings] pop-up where you can edit display settings for multiple products at once.
Display/Not on display
  • The product will be removed from the selected product category.
  • (If you select [Not on display], the product will not appear on the storefront.)
For sale/Not for sale
  • Select the products and click the button to update the status.
  • (When [Not for sale] is selected, the product will be displayed as out of stock on the storefront.)
  • You cannot change these settings because the product status of a bundle is affected by that of its composite products.
    • If all the composite products are for sale, then the bundle will also be for sale.
    • If even one of the composite products are not for sale, then the bundle will also not be available for purchase.
Duplicate
  • When you click the link, the product details page will open in a new window.
  • Product code will be newly created automatically by the system.
Change category
  1. When you select a product and click [Change category] button, the [Change category] pop-up will open.
  1. You can edit the product category to which the selected product is added or add another category.

Action 1) Edit
  • Products are moved to the selected product category.
2) Add
  • You can add products to the category.
3) Delete
  • Products in the selected product category will be deleted.
Change home category
  • When you select a product and click [Change home category] button, the [Change home category] pop-up will open.
  • You can select to display the product on the home page of your store website or remove the product from the home page.

Export as CSV
  • Clicking [Export as CSV] button will open [Export CSV for Products] pop-up.
  • You can select a template in [Export product data] pop-up, click [Create CSV] button to export data on products. You will be able to download the file on the day you requested the file or on the next day depending on the data volume.
Data to be displayed in product list
  • You can select the data you wish to display in the product list.
  • You can bulk change/add/delete the home page display status of the selected products.
Product code
  • Clicking on the product code will open [Edit product] pop-up.
Catalog image
  • A small layer pop-up will appear when you hover your mouse over the product image.

  • Clicking on the code of the product will open the [Edit product] pop-up.
2) View store layout
  • Product details page on your store website will be opened.
Product name
  • Clicking on the product name will open the product details page in a new window.
Checkout Link Checkout Link checkout
  • Checkout Link is a quick checkout method. You can copy the Checkout Link and share it via social media or text messages. Customers can click on the link to be redirected to the checkout page with products linked to the Checkout Link.
  • Checkout Link is generated only for products that are eligible for Buy Now.
  • You must change the theme settings to use the checkout page for Checkout Link.

  • General products
  • Option types: Preset variant selection, Multiple-option selection
Products ineligible for Checkout Link
  • Bundle
  • Option types: Custom selection options, Independent variant selection, File attachment option, Additional option field
  • When not on display, when a category has not been selected
  • Complementary products are not shown on the checkout page of the Checkout Link.
  • For subscription products, Checkout links are supported only for regular orders.
Notes
  • Depending on the online store or product settings, customers may not be able to access the checkout page from Checkout Link or place an order.
Action Change to the selected product categories
  1. -Remove the product from all existing product categories, and add the product to the selected product categories.
  1. -Note: Product will not be removed from the campaign category even when changing a product's product categories.
