1. Take a look at the list of domains connected to your stores and check your subscriptions; their expiration dates and renewal status.

Change primary domain

1. 1. Click on the button in the top-right corner of the domain list.

1. 2. Select the store and domain that you want to set up.

1. 3. Your primary domain will be marked as "Primary" in the domain list.

• This is your store's main domain, it will be the URL that represents your online store.

1. ※ You can only have one primary domain.

Domain status Connection error

• This means the domain cannot be connected to your store, either because your subscription has expired or there was an error with the name server settings.

• Click [Connection error] to find out more details about the issue that occurred.

Connected

• This means the domain is connected to your store and can be used as normal.

Not connected

• This is a domain that has been purchased through Cafe24 but isn't connected to a store.

Expired Expires soon

• This means the domain will soon be expiring. Click the text to be redirected to a payment page.

Transfer

• This is only used for third-party domains. Click the text to be redirected to a page with more information.

Settings

• You can change connected stores and add SSL certificates or subdomains.

-If you have registered a domain with another organization, you must change the name server to Cafe24 at the registrar.

• Depending on the domain registrar, you may have to wait up to 24-48 hours until the name server is connected.
