Shipping origins

  • Manage your store’s shipping origins (warehouse).
  • Add and modify shipping origins (warehouse), and view information for each shipping origin (warehouse).
Shipping origins
  • You can view information for registered shipping origins (warehouse).
  • Take a look at the name of each shipping origin (warehouse), their contact details (primary and secondary) and address. You can also check which shipping origin is your store default.
  • Click on the name of a shipping origin to view and edit its information.
  • When using the Shipping Manager feature, you can configure shipping origins as follows.
    • You can set up shipping origins from which products will be shipped in [Products>Add/Edit products>Options/Inventory].
    • Shipping profiles set up in [My Store>Shipping>Shipping Manager] are used as shipping origins.
  • You can register up to 100 shipping origins.
  • You can only delete shopping origins that are not included in any product's shipping information. You cannot, in any case, delete the custom shipping origin or your default shipping origin.
Add a shipping origin
  • This button will redirect you to the shipping origin registration page.
  • Enter at least the shipping origin name and its address and click [Add]. The new shipping origin will then be added to the list.
  • Codes are automatically generated once you register a new shipping origin.
  • Check the [Set as default] box to make the shipping origin your store default.
