  • Manage settings required to run your online store, including store profile, setup, payments, and shipping.
About my store
  • You can view important information related to general settings, payments, and shipping.
Store information
  • If information is complete for each of the three sections, [Complete] will be displayed next to it. If the information is not complete, [Incomplete] will appear.
  • Click on the status to move to the corresponding page.

    1. 2) Customer Support: My Store>General>Store profile
    1. 3) Terms of Use: My Store>General>Terms of Use
Payment information
  • If [Payment method], [Bank deposit], or [Credit card payment] is enabled, the selected payment methods, bank name, and credit card company will be displayed, respectively.
  • Click on the status to move to the corresponding page.
    1. 1) Payment method: My Store>Payments>Payment methods
    1. 2) Bank account: My Store>Payments>Bank account information
    1. 3) Credit card payment: My Store>Payments>Payment services
Shipping information
  • Relevant information will be displayed for [Shipping carrier], [Shipping fee], or [Regional surcharge], if added.
  • Click on the status to move to the corresponding page.
    1. 1) Shipping carrier: My Store>Shipping>Shipping carrier
    1. 2) Shipping fee: My Store>Shipping>Shipping/Returns
    1. 3) Regional surcharge: My Store>Shipping>Regional surcharges
My Store General
  • Add and/or change the basic information about your store.
  • You can change settings for [Domain], [Business], [Company profile], [Customer Support], and [Service inquiry].
Store setup>General settings
  • Manage the general settings necessary to run your store.
  • You can view information and manage settings related to [Products], [Orders], [Customers], [Suppliers] and [Store/Security].
Payments
  • Manage the payment methods for your online store.
  • You can manage settings for [Display payment methods], [Display format], and [Additional settings]. You can also view information on points and the pay-in account.
Shipping
  • Manage general settings for processing shipping and returns.
  • You can configure the general settings for shipping/returns including, [Per-product shipping fee], [Supplier shipping fee], and [Return address].
