Credits

  • Credits refer to temporary (accumulated) payments used in place of cash for cash deposits, canceled order refunds, and to refund the difference from an overpayment.
  • Credits can be used like cash to place an order or make a payment. You can configure your online store's credit settings in [Credits].

  • Credits can be used like cash to make purchases/payments.
  • Credits are automatically refunded back to the customer if they cancel an order paid with credits.
Discounts and points issuance
  • Discounts and points are issued the same way as the payment method previously used when paying with credits (partial or full).
Credits
  • You can set whether to allow credits to be used in your store.
Credit to cash refund
  • You can choose whether to allow customers to request a refund in cash for credits used.
  • If a customer requests a cash refund for credits, related details will appear in [Customer profile>Credits>Cash refund requests].
Name
  • You can customize the name of your credits to complement your online store.
Unit
  • You can customize the units of your credits.
    1. e.g. coins, stars, hearts, etc.
Display entry field for credits when disabled
  • When [Credits] is set to [Enable], you can choose whether to display the credit entry field, even for customers who do not have credits.
