Order status

  • Set the display appearance for order statuses including Payment and shipment, Cancel, Exchanged, Returned, Refunded, and Others.
  • Configured settings will be displayed on your store’s [Orders] and [Order details] section.
Order status
  • You can set the display appearance for order statuses on your online store.
  • You can modify order statuses relating to Payment and shipment, Cancel, Exchanged, Returned, Refunded, and other statuses.
  • Enter text into the desired fields and click [Save] to apply the changes.

Cancellation in progress
  • You can use the [Cancellation in progress] status by going to [My Store>Store setup>General settings>Orders (Tab)] and setting [Refund for cancellation/exchange/return requests] to [Separate acceptance of a cancellation/exchange/return request from the refund process].
Exchange in progress
  • You can use the [Exchange in progress] status by going to [My Store>Store setup>General settings>Orders (Tab)] and setting [Refund for cancellation/exchange/return requests] to [Separate acceptance of a cancellation/exchange/return request from the refund process].
Refund in progress
  • You can use the [Refund in progress] status by going to [My Store>Store setup>General settings>Orders (Tab)] and setting [Refund for cancellation/exchange/return requests] to [Separate acceptance of a cancellation/exchange/return request from the refund process].
