  • Configure product-related options via your store’s operation settings.

Product display settings

Display prices to
  • You can choose whether to display MSRP, price, points, price (before VAT), tax amount, coupon-discounted price, and other product prices to customer accounts only, or to guest accounts as well.
  • If you select [Customer accounts only], only customers that are logged in will be able to view prices. Customers that are not logged in, including guests, will not be able to view prices.
  • If you select [Customer accounts only], guests will not be able to place items into their cart. You can restrict purchases for guests accounts by going to [My Store > Store Set up > General Settings > Orders (Tab)] and selecting the [Guest accounts (Allow customer accounts only] option next to [Restrict purchases].
  • If you want to display other text in place of the sale price when customers are not logged in, you can configure this using the [Replacement text for price on guest accounts] option in [Products > Products > Product data display].
Display zero-priced products
  • If you select [No], products will not be displayed when the product’s MSRP is set to 0.
Display discount period Display discount period
  • You can select when to display a product's discount period if you have enabled discount periods for your products.
  • If you select [Before discount starts], you can display the discount period in advance for specified products, allowing you to promote them as well.
    1. e.g. Discount period - Starts after 4 days 12 hours 3 minutes. [Time] (When [Time] is clicked, the discount period will be displayed.)
  • If you select [When discount starts] the discount period will be displayed when it begins.
    1. e.g. Discount period - 4 days 12:11:30 left [Time] (When [Time] is clicked, the discount period will be displayed.)
  • Example
    1. 1) Before the discount period, the discount period is displayed as: Starts after 4 days 12 hours 3 minutes [Time]
    1. 2) During the discount period, the discount period is displayed as: 4 days 12:11:30 left [Time]
    1. (If [Time] is clicked, the discount period will be displayed.)

When displaying discounted prices When displaying discounted prices
  • If you select [Show discounted price only], only product incentives that have been selected in [Incentives] will be displayed.
  • If you select [Show discounted price and customer level-based discount], both product incentives selected in [Incentives] and customer level-based product incentives selected in [Customers] will be displayed together as the discounted price. Select the [Show details] checkbox, to display the discount details as well.
  • Both product discounts and customer level-based discounts will be displayed separately on the checkout regardless of the settings.

  • You can set whether to allow additional customer level-based discounts for each product.
  • If you do not select any option in the [Reward customer level-based incentives for] settings, customer level-based incentives will not be applied.

Show discounted price and customer level-based discount
  • You can choose whether to display just the discount or include customer level-based discounts as well.
  • If you wish to display discount details as well, discounts and customer level-based discounts will be displayed in a separate layer pop-up for each product.
When rounding discount rates
  • Select a rounding method and percentage criteria (of which the selected unit will be truncated) to convert the discount amount to a discount rate.
  • e.g. If the current discount rate is 15% and the discount rate is set to [Round up to the nearest 1], the discount rate will be displayed as 20%.
  • Please be aware that the actual discount amount may appear differently from the discount rate shown on the order form depending on the truncation settings.
  • If you want to display the discounted price together with discount amount and discount rate, set the [Replacement text for discounted price] in [Products > Products > Product data display].
Display customer level-based discount Display customer level-based discount
  • If you select [Before login], the maximum customer level-based discount possible will be displayed before login. Once a customer logs in, the applicable customer level-based discount will be displayed.
  • If you select [After login], the discounted price will only be displayed. Once a customer logs in, the applicable customer level-based discount will be displayed.

Apply customer level-based discount to
  • Apply customer level-based discounts to a customer level.
  • If you do not select a customer level that is set to private, settings will not be applied to the customer level-based discounts or the discount details.
  • However, if a customer logs into account where the customer level has not been selected, the settings will be applied to the that level's customer level-based discount and discount details.
Display prices as
  • You can select whether to include or exclude VAT from the displayed price.
  • If you select [VAT-exclusive], you can choose whether to include VAT in the cart’s final amount.
Product name display
  • You can set product names to “Do not display” if the product’s name is yet to be translated into the language of the shopping mall. (Applies to main store page, product list, and product detail pages.)
  • If you are not using the same information across all the different language stores, product names are displayed according to the product display settings.

Product icons

Product icons
  • You can enable or disable each icon to your preference.
  • Go to [Themes (PC)>Features>Icons] to change the design of the icons.
Out of stock icon
  • You can enable or disable the "Out of stock" icon.
  • This icon is only displayed for out-of-stock products that use the inventory tracking and out-of-stock features.
  • If you have configured inventory settings to check per variant, the icon will be displayed when a variant is out of stock.
In stock icon
  • You can enable or disable the “In stock” icon.
  • If a product is in stock, this icon will be displayed when the available stock for all variants of a specified product is more than the minimum stock level.
  • Take into account of the minimum order volume when entering the minimum stock level.
  • If you select [Only display products with inventory tracking enabled] and one of your product’s options is set to [Do not track inventory], the icon will not be displayed.
  • If you select [Display regardless of inventory tracking settings] and your product settings are set to [Do not track inventory], the icon will be displayed.
  • If your store has a mixture of products with [Track inventory] and [Do not track inventory] settings on, the icon will be displayed for [Track inventory] variants if the available stock is more than the minimum stock level.
New arrivals icon
  • You can enable or disable the “New arrivals” icon.
  • If you select [Show everywhere] and display a new product from a specific product category, the “New arrivals” icon will also be displayed on products in other categories.
  • If you select [Show in [New arrivals] only], the “New arrivals” icon will only be displayed on products in the specified product category.
  • The “New arrivals” icon will continue to be displayed as long as the product is selected in the “New arrival” section in the category layout or home categories. (The icon will not disappear even after a specified time period.)
Recommended product icon
  • You can enable or disable the “Recommended product” icon.
  • If you select [Show everywhere] and display a recommended product from a specific product category, the “Recommended product” icon will also be displayed within the other categories.
  • If you select [Show in [Recommended products] only], the “Recommended products” icon will only be displayed for products in the specified product category.
  1. • For menus unrelated to product categories such as search results and campaigns, icons will be displayed in bulk when a new or recommended product is displayed in one or more categories.

Product sales information

Default tax rate
  • This is used when adding a product.
  • - When adding a product, the default tax rate is automatically entered in the [Taxation] field. Admins can edit this field when required.
  • - When using [Quick settings], products are automatically added with the default tax rate.
Calculate price based on Margin per cost
  • If you select [Cost], the price will be calculated based on a percentage margin of cost added to the original cost.
  • Price is calculated as [Cost + (Cost × Percentage margin) + Extra charge].
Margin per price
  • If you select [Price], the price will be calculated based on a percentage margin of the price.
  • Price is calculated as [(Cost / (1 - Percentage margin)) + Extra charge].
Default store price
  • If you calculate a multi-language store price using a fixed price set on the default store, the price will be calculated based on a percentage margin of the default store price.
  • Price is calculated as [Default store price + (Default store price × Percentage margin) + Extra charge].
Price (before VAT)
  • If you calculate a multi-language store price (before VAT) using a fixed price (before VAT) on the default store, the price will be calculated based on a percentage margin of the default store price (before VAT).
  • Price (before VAT) is calculated as [Default store price (before VAT) + (Default store price (before VAT) × Percentage margin) + Extra charge].
When rounding price
  • You can round prices up, down, or to the nearest specified unit when calculating prices.
  • Final prices will be determined according to settings after all prices have been calculated.
Non-decimal currency (Korea, Japan, Taiwan)
  • e.g. If the price is calculated as 33,555 the following will be applied.
    1. Round down to the nearest 100 = 33,500
    1. Round up to the nearest 100 = 33,600
    1. Round to the nearest 100 = 33,600
  • If you select [Do not round], numbers with decimal places will be automatically rounded down to the nearest whole number.
Currency with decimals (USA, China, Spain, Portugal)
  • e.g. If the price is calculated as USD 50.13 the following will be applied.
    1. Round down to the nearest 0.01 = USD 50.10
    1. Round up to the nearest 0.01 = USD 50.20
    1. Round to the nearest 0.01 = USD 50.10
  • If you select [Do not round], numbers will be rounded up to two decimal places.

Product options

Placeholder
  • You can display up to 50 characters in the option box before seeing the other drop-down options.
  • If nothing is entered, the default field name will be displayed.
Display extra charge in drop-down list
  • Extra charge will be displayed in the selected drop-down type.
Display additional information in drop-down list
  • You can display additional information in the drop-down list for products that use the inventory tracking feature (and not the out-of-stock icon).
  • Additional information is displayed after the option name and extra charge.
  • Add the [:PRODUCT_STOCK:] variable to display available stock.
Default inventory settings
  • Go to [Products > inventory > Manage Inventory > Out of Stock Products/ Minimum Stock Level] to set [Bulk edit settings] to their default values.
  • You can also use the [Bulk edit] button in the item list under [Options/Inventory settings] in [Products>Add products>Advanced settings] and [Products>Products>Product list].
Display sold out items
  • If you select [Yes], out-of-stock items will not be displayed in the option list.
  • Settings are only applied to variants using the out-of-stock feature or have had their [Sale status] changed to [Not for sale] in the Edit product window in [Products > Add products > Advanced settings] or Add product in [Products > Products > Product list].
Option selection method
  • This feature is only available on product detail pages. All other pages will feature single selection options.
  • If you select [Multiple selection], products will be added from below every time a required option is selected.
  • If you use [Multiple selection] and want all your product's required and optional product-specific options to be selected and added to the order in one go, you must enable [Add button for product-specific options].
  • By selecting [Multiple selection], you can reduce the number of clicks required by a customer when selecting various options for one product.
  • If you select [Single selection], a selected option can be ordered immediately. If a customer wishes to order other items at the same time, the items must be added to the cart.
  • By selecting [Single selection], customers will be relatively clear about what they have selected.
  • If you select [Single selection], you can choose to have certain options automatically selected when customers click on an additional product image.
  • If you select [Single selection], settings for the [Add button for product-specific options] will not be applied.
Add button for product-specific options
  • This feature is only available on certain product detail pages.
  • Select [Enable] to add an [Add option] button. If a customer selects all the required fields, the buy option will be automatically deselected.
  • If you select [Disable] and the customer selects all the required fields, the buy option will be automatically selected.

Product images

Enable partial zoom
  • You can set whether to enable partial zoom feature when moving your mouse over the product image on the product details page.

Related products

Display related out-of-stock products
  • If you select [No], related products that are out of stock will not be displayed.

Wishlist items

Allow guests to add
  • You can enable the “Add to wishlist” feature depending on whether the customer is logged in or not.
Keep wishlist items
  • If you select [Enable], items will remain in the wishlist even if the customer adds the item to the cart or orders it.
  • If you select [Disable], items will be deleted from the wishlist if the customer adds the item to the cart or orders it.
Wishlist item confirmation
  • When a customer clicks on the [Add to wishlist] button, an “Added to wishlist” notification will appear.
  • You can increase customer convenience by adding a shortcut to the wishlist in the notification window.

Product management

Product update date confirmation
  • You can choose whether to receive a confirmation notice on updating the “Last edited” date when editing or bulk editing products.
  • If you select [Enable], a window will be displayed asking if you want to update the “Last edited” date when editing product information.
  • If you select [Disable], the “Last edited” date will be updated every time you make a modification.
  • You can use the “Last edited” date in the following ways:
    1. 1) Sort products by “Last edited” in the Product list. Products>Products>Product list
    1. 2) Sort product display by “Last edited” via the drop-down box next to [Product layout settings]. Products>Categories>Categorization

Basic information display

Display options
  • You can configure settings to display Points, Credits, Coupons, Items in cart (Show total amount), Wishlist items, and Liked items at the top of your online store.
  • The Like button is only available on the Korean language store and can be set in [Products > Products > Display features].

Product settings for multi-language stores

Product settings for multi-language stores Automated translation
  • These settings are only available from your default store. You can apply these settings to all your additional stores in one go.
  • All stores: Auto translation will be enabled on all your additional stores and all translation items will be selected.
  • None: Auto translation will be disabled on all your additional stores.
  • Apply different settings by store: Select if you wish to apply different settings to even one of your additional stores.
  • You can adjust the auto-translation settings for each of your stores in [My Store>Store settings >General settings>Products (tab)] on the admin page's advanced mode.
Multi-language store products
  • Click [Bulk edit] to open the [Multi-language store products] pop-up window.
  • In the [Multi-language store products] pop-up window, you can edit the product information (Display status, Product status, Home category settings, Auto translation) of the product of your choice on all additional stores in one go.
  • If you wish to enable the auto translation feature for a product that already exists on your store, you will need to un-check the [Apply default store information] option in its product information.
  • You can un-check the [Apply default store information] option of a product by going to [Products>Product list] in each store.

Automated translation

Enable automated translation
  • With this "Automated translation" feature, you can have product information automatically translated into the language of your localized store when you upload products on your default store.
  • To use this feature, click [Enable] and select product information items you wish to translate.
  • Auto-translated product information includes: Product name, Product summary, Brief description, Product details, Product categories, Options, Product materials
  • Product information is automatically translated on your localized stores only when you upload/edit products on your default store.
  • This feature is available for the following languages : Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional)
Make sold out items searchable
  • You can choose whether to make sold out items searchable when using Shopping Curation.
  • These settings are specific to the Shopping Curation search tool and are not affected by what you chose for [Display sold out items].
  • These settings apply to multiple-option selection products, pre-set variant selection products and independent variant selection products.
  • The colors and sizes displayed on your store are used as search filters.
  • When you make sold out items searchable, items that are out of stock will also be among search results when shoppers use the color/size filter.
  • When you don't make sold out items searchable, items that are out of stock will not be included in the search results when shoppers use the color/size filter.
  • Products are considered to be sold out when the stock availability is [Out of stock] or their product status is [Not for sale].
