Access approval settings

Approved countries
  • Access will be blocked when a user attempts to access the online store from an IP range of a blocked country.
  • You can switch countries from the [Approved countries] list to the [Blocked countries] list.
  • Access restricted page will be displayed when a user attempts to access the store from a blocked country.
Block IPs
  • You can block access to any registered IP, including admins or the store itself.
  • Please be aware that any IP you register, including the store or admin IPs, will be blocked (Admins cannot access the store if their IP is blocked).
  • You can block a specific IP range using *.
    1. e.g. 123.123.123.*
Limit access time for sub-admins
  • You can limit the time at which sub-admins can access the admin page (Based on GMT).
  • Sub-admins will be able to login and access the online store during the set time, but will not be able to access the store’s admin page.
  • If you do not want to apply restrictions to a specific sub-admin, go to [My Store>Admin accounts>Settings>Store admin (Tab)], select a sub-admin and check the [Allow access to admin page at any time] option.
Name settings
  • For example, enter the first / last name
  • Example of merging the full name field
  • Select this to separate names into [First name] and [Last name] for entry.
  • Name settings will be applied to Create/Update accounts, and Add/Edit shipping address book.
Country code
  • If you select [Enable], the customer can select a country code from a list of options.
  • If you select [Disable], the country code option will not be displayed and will be set according to the selected country.
Localization settings
  • If both [Shipping country settings] and [Language settings] are enabled, the window will pop-up below the store’s main page (Applies to both PC and Mobile).
  • The multi-language store selection area (flag images) will be substituted with a pop-up link.
Auto-redirect
  • When you attempt to connect to the main page of the default store or to Checkout Link, you will be automatically redirected to the multi-language store with the same language settings as your web browser.
    1. (However, you will not be redirected to a multi-language store set as "inactive" in [My Store>Multi-language stores>Settings].)
  • To make sure customers can easily buy products from Checkout Link, remember to properly adjust the settings on your multi-language stores and products.
  • The auto-redirect feature is only available on the default store, and will only function if the user is attempting to connect to the primary domain.
  • If the default domain (id.cafe24shop.com) is being accessed, or an admin or sub-admin has logged in using an admin ID, the user will not be redirected to the multi-language store.
  • If you have enabled [Language settings] in [My Store>Store setup>General settings] for your multi-language stores, customers can connect to another multi-language store on the main page even after being redirected to the multi-language store with the same language settings as their web browsers.
  • This feature functions normally on the following browsers.
    1. PC - Google Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer
    1. Mobile - Safari (App), and Android WebView (default browser on android devices)
Shipping country settings
  • If you select [Enable], the shipping country window will pop up. (PC and Mobile).
  • When a user selects a country, the selected country will be set as the default shipping country on the checkout page.
  • Only shipping countries selected in [My Store>Shipping/Returns] will be displayed in the list.
Language settings
  • If you select [Enable], the language settings window will pop up and redirect the user to the corresponding store. (PC and Mobile).
  • Information will be displayed in the store’s corresponding language.

Set age restriction

Age restriction
  • You must set an age restriction when selling age-restricted products or products that are harmful to underaged customers.
  • If you select [Enable], customers will need to verify their age to access the online store.
