Configure search options for your online store’s search page.
All options, except for [Product search conditions], can be configured individually for each multi-language store.
Search conditions
Category display settings
If you select [Show all categories], all product categories including subcategories will be displayed.
If you select [Show home category], items selected for the [Display as main category] field in [Products>Categories>Categorization] will be displayed.
You can set the category display settings to [Show all categories] or [Show home category].
Product search conditions
You can configure the search conditions on your online store.
Search conditions for Product code, Custom product code, Product name (Including product search terms), Manufacturer, Model, Brand, and Trend name are provided.
If you select a search condition, customers will be able to search for products using that search criteria.
Settings are applied to all multi-language stores via the default store.

Search box placeholder
You can add placeholder text to your store’s product search box to promote store campaigns to your customers.

If you select [Enable], you can add placeholder text to the product search box to promote ongoing campaigns.
Placeholder display
Random order - Placeholder text will be displayed in a random order.
Latest first - Placeholder text will be displayed in the order added.

Add a linked page to the placeholder text.
1) Product category - Select this to link to a specific product category.
2) Individual product - Select this to link to a specific product details page.
3) Keyword search results - Select this to link to a search results page using a keyword.
4) Manual URL setting - Select this to link to a specific URL.
