- You can manage your store's transaction fees under this menu.
Transactions fees
- Add, edit or delete transaction fees for each shipping carrier.
- • Click [View fee details] to check how much you are charging per purchase amount.
- You can add shipping carriers in [My Store>Shipping>Shipping carriers].
General
- Transaction fees are only charged if they are enabled.
Conditions
- Select the shipping carrier to which the transaction fee will apply.
- You can add shipping carriers to your store in [My Store>Shipping>Shipping carriers].
Fee settings
- If you select [Product subtotal] as the calculation basis, shipping fees, discounts and alternative payments will not be included in the calculation.
- If you select [Order total] as the calculation basis, shipping fees, discounts and alternative payments will all be included in the calculation.
- The transaction fee will not be charged if you do not select a purchase amount range.
