Payment methods
- Set up your online store’s payment methods.
- Set up Payment options, Seller protection services, Payment method, as well as check Bank accounts and Points information.
Payment method display
- Select payment methods to display on your store and the order in which they will be displayed on your storefront.
- Settings will be applied to your store after saving.
- Display payment methods as text or logo icons on the checkout page.
- PayPal requires that you add PayPal logo or mark to your payment options page when offering PayPal as a payment option. You need to select [As logo icon] to add PayPal logo or mark.
- (PayPal monitors all accounts to ensure that PayPal logo or mark is displayed on websites that accept PayPal. Not adding PayPal logo or mark to your website will be regarded as violation of PayPal User Agreement.)
- Payment methods are displayed as text on the checkout page.
- Admins can modify the name of the payment method.
- Payment methods are displayed as logo icons on the checkout page.
- You can change the logos in [Themes (PC)>Features>Icons].
- You can freely set up exchange rates according to your operational policies. This feature is not automatically updated.
- You can set the exchange rate if payment uses foreign currency.
- Ensure that you enter the correct exchange rate to avoid foreign exchange gains and losses.
- When entering exchange rates for foreign currencies such as KRW (South Korea), JPY (Japan), and IDR (Indonesia), unit of the base currency should be 1. e.g. KRW 1 = PHP 19.20
- Apply the current exchange rate to the prices of your existing products by going to [Products>Products>Bulk edit product data>Edit “Sales information”>Price] and selecting [Apply exchange rates].
- [:PRICE:] is automatically replaced with the price entered. Please be aware that if the variable is deleted, price will not be displayed properly. If you choose to add a custom format, you need to include the currency unit before or after the variable.

- PayPal Seller Protection is a program that protects the seller from chargebacks or reversals.
- In the case that a customer files a claim against you, PayPal Seller Protection does not apply if the customer does not have a PayPal account, or if the shipping address is different to the PayPal account’s default shipping address.
- Shipping address entered on the checkout page will also be applied to the PayPal account’s default shipping address. (One time only for current order.)
- Please be aware that PayPal Seller Protection does not apply when shipping information has been changed after an order is submitted.
- When PayPal Seller Protection is applied, the postal code and city will be checked against each other. This only applies to shipping addresses listed in the United States of America and Canada. Transactions may be declined if the address is not valid.
- In order to minimize the risk of fraudulent PayPal transactions, it is recommended that you select [Enable] to protect yourself with PayPal Seller Protection policy.
Minimum amount for payment
Minimum amount based on
- [Minimum amount for bank deposit] settings apply to bank deposit payments.
- Other payment methods, including overseas PG payments, are subject to the minimum payment amount determined by each PG.
Entering amount
- Enter ‘0’ if you do not want to add a minimum amount.
- Customers will not be able to make a purchase from your store if the purchase amount is less than the specified minimum purchase amount.
- You cannot process payments over 40,000 via PayPal.
Payment method
- If you select [Disable], orders cannot be made if there is a zero-priced product in your shopping cart.
