To ensure a secure service, you can set up a secure FTP connection.
For the security of your online store, it is recommended that you select the highest security option [only from registered IPs].

You can check the IP address currently accessed by the admin, and also view the IP access restriction settings.
Details of your Current IP, Security level, Admin access, CSV export status, and FTP access status are provided here.
The security level is based off the admin and FTP’s security level.
Security level
The security level is based off the admin and FTP’s security status.
1) Security level - High
When the security level for admin access restrictions is “Average” or higher.
When the security level for CSV download restrictions is “Average” or higher.
When the security level for FTP access restrictions is “Average” or higher.
2) Security level - Average
When the security level for admin access restrictions is “Average”.
When the security level for CSV download restrictions is “Average”.
When the security level for FTP access restrictions is “Average”.
3) Security level - Low
When the security level for either admin access, CSV downloads, or FTP access is “Low”.
When the security level for either admin access, CSV downloads is “Low”.
Admin access settings
Access location
For security reasons, selecting [Only from registered IPs] or [Only from domestic regions] for [Access location] is recommended.
Only from domestic network/ From domestic + overseas
If you select [Only from domestic regions], admin access is only permitted domestically, while access from overseas IP addresses are blocked (Security level: Average).
If you select [From domestic + overseas] admin access is permitted from both domestic and overseas IP addresses (Security level: Low).
Only from registered IPs
Register IP address to allow admin access.
For security reasons, selecting [Only from registered IPs] is recommended.
Add IP address
When [Only from registered IPs] is selected, you can add up to 10 IP addresses.
Refer below for entering IP address range from 1 to 256.
Enter up to 123.123.123. if IP range from 123.123.123.1 to 255 is permitted.
When you add an IP address, you can connect the added IP address with head admin or sub-admin accounts in [Manage IDs].
You can also register permitted IP addresses for sub-admins by selecting their profile in [My Store>Store setup>Admin accounts>Settings] and enabling [IP restriction].
CSV export settings

For security reasons, selecting [Specific IPs] or [Domestic regions only] for [Export from] is recommended.

When [Only from registered IPs] is selected, you can add up to 10 IP addresses.
