If you have created a file using data from the [Order>Order history] tab in [My Store>CSV files>Create CSV], you can find the download file and related information in the [Order>Order history] tab in [My Store>CSV files>Download CSV].
This menu includes the same categories as [Create CSV].

Files in the list can be downloaded only within 7 days from the day you requested the file.
File type
General files will be created immediately after request has been submitted, and large files will be created one day after the request has been submitted.
General file refers to a file that contains less than 3,000 items of data or data collected for less than one month.
Large file refers to a CSV file that contains over 3,000 items of data collected over one-month period.
Download
[Download] button will be displayed for CSV files that can be downloaded. The file will be downloaded once you type in the correct password.
Password you set when requesting the CSV file should be entered.
