Create CSV

  • Create CSV files using data from Orders, Products, and Customers.
  • Files labeled as “General” in the CSV file list are created immediately, while “Large” files are created and ready to download after one day.

Settings

CSV file password
  • To ensure the protection of personal information, you can add a CSV file password when creating CSV files.
  • Use a CSV file password to ensure personal information is protected.

Filters

  1. • You can submit a request to create up to six files within one minute.
  1. • You can create a template using data from a specific date range or selected filters.
  1. • You can download a CSV file after selecting it from the list of created CSV files.
  1. • General files will be created immediately after request has been submitted, and large files will be created one day after the request has been submitted.
  1. • General file refers to a file that contains less than 3,000 items of data or data collected for less than one month.
  1. • Large file refers to a CSV file that contains over 3,000 items of data collected over one-month period.
  1. • An exception is applied to data related to customers. A file that contains less than 50,000 items of data is considered a general file. A file that contains more than 50,000 items of data is considered a large file.
  1. • You can submit a request to create up to six files within one minute.
  1. • Up to 20 files can be created per day. (You can submit a request to create files five times per day for large files.)
■ Orders
  • Select the order data category.
  • For data on [Orders], you can request data on order history. You can select the specific type of data and filter the data to customize a CSV file that contains the data you need.
Select from saved templates
  • You can select the basic template or other custom templates created by the admin.
  • Select a template to view available items for that template in “Selected item”.
Manually configure CSV template
  • You can add or delete items to be exported to the CSV file.
Field headers
  • You can select field headers to export by selecting a field header in [Field headers] and moving the selected field header to [Field headers to export] by clicking the right arrow button.
  • You can remove a field header from [Field headers to export] by selecting the field header you wish to remove and clicking the left arrow button.

  • You can change the order of the field headers in [Field header to export] by using the arrow buttons.
  • You can add an empty column in the CSV file by clicking the [Empty column], and search for a specific field by typing in the field name in the search box.
Sorting order
  • After you select a field header and the field header to sort the data by, you can select whether to sort the data in ascending order or in descending order.
  • You can add more sorting options by clicking the [+] button.
Password
  • To ensure the protection of personal information, set a password for CSV files when downloading.
Data option
  1. Show leading zeros
  • Once you enable [Show leading zeros] feature, numbers that begin with a zero will be entered as ="00012". This feature will allow you to view and copy numbers that begin with a zero.
  • If you save the file again on your computer, leading zeros will be removed.
  • Number encrypted CSV files cannot be uploaded from other solutions. You must turn off the number encryption and export the CSV file again.
■ Products
  • You can select the type of data you wish to export as a CSV file.
  • For data on [Products], you can request data on products, variants, manufacturers and suppliers. You can select the specific type of data and filter the data to customize a CSV file that contains the data you need.
■ Customers
  • Select the customer data category.
  • The customer category is divided into Customer, Customer levels, Points, and Credits. You can create a CSV file by selecting each of the options required for your CSV data.
Select
  • Data on removed accounts will not be included in the CSV file for [Customers].
Customers who joined through quick signup during the specified date range.
  • View accounts that joined through quick signup on the checkout page.
View created files
  • Click on [View created files] to open the [Export CSV] window.
  • You can find available files for download under “CSV files” in the corresponding CSV export window.

Create CSV
  • The [Create CSV] button in this window has the exact same functionality as the [Create CSV] button in the previous page.
  • Each tab menu has a corresponding [Download CSV] window where you can also create CSV files in the window.
CSV list
  • You can view created CSV files here.
  • You can see information on the CSV file's corresponding Online store, Location, Template, Requested on, Period, and Type. Click on the [Download] button and enter the password to begin the download.
■ Manage templates
  • This window will pop up when clicking on [Manage templates]. You can manage templates according to the data in each menu.

Basic template
  • This is the CSV file's basic template. Select a template to view the corresponding available items under “Selected item”.

New templates

  • You can create your own templates outside of the basic template.
  • When selecting [New templates], you can add or delete items to a template.
  • After selecting the required items, click [Save] to save the current template.
  • Click [Reset] to discard all current settings for the template and sorting criteria.
Create CSV
  • After selecting all the desired data options, click on [Create CSV] to create the CSV file.
  • You will be taken to the [Download CSV] page where you can view all previously created CSV files.
