You can edit a product's inventory details using CSV files.
Import via CSV
Download the inventory details of products you wish to edit using [Export as CSV] in [Products>Inventory>Manage inventory/Out-of-stock products/Minimum stock level] and upload the edited information.
You can add or edit up to 1,000 variants.
There is a total of 18 columns from A to R. The order and headers of the columns should not be changed.
Product code, product name, variant code, variant name and accumulated sales cannot be edited via CSV file. Only data related to inventory, display status and sales status can be edited via CSV file.
For products that do not have any options, columns F (Variant code) to I (Inventory tracking) should be left empty.
If you wish to edit your file in a language other than Korean, you must use on of the following file extensions: .xlsx or .xls
The most recent three files uploaded during the last 72 hours are displayed in the list.
※ The [Import CSV] feature is only supported for Internet Explorer versions above v.10.

(1) Column A: Product code
Data in this column cannot be edited.
(2) Column B: Custom product code
(3) Column C: Product name
Data in this column cannot be edited.
(4) Column D: Price
Data in this column cannot be edited.
(5) Column E: Total stock
Data in this column cannot be edited.
(6) Column F: Variant code
Data in this column cannot be edited.
(7) Column G: Variant name
Data in this column cannot be edited.
(8) Column H: Custom variant code
(9) Column I: Inventory tracking
Type in T to enable inventory tracking, or F to disable inventory tracking.
If you mark [Inventory tracking] as F, leave columns J (Available stock) through P (Out-of-stock icon) empty.
(10) Column J: Available stock
(11) Column K: Minimum stock level
(12) Column L: Stock type
Type in A for general stock, or B for important stock.
(13) Column M: Counting method
Type in A to deduct an item from inventory when payment is confirmed, or B to deduct an item from inventory when an order is placed.
(14) Column N: Variant display
Type in T to allow the variant to be displayed on the storefront, or F to hide the variant.
Variant display status cannot be edited for products that do not have any options or products with product-specific options.
(15) Column O: Variant sales
Type in T to allow the variant to be sold, or F to disable selling the variant.
Variant display status cannot be edited for products that do not have any options or products with product-specific options.
(16) Column P: Out-of-stock icon
Type in T to enable out-of-stock label, or F to disable out-of-stock label.
(17) Column Q: Option price
If you have multi-language stores, enter the option price based on the currency set for the store you are currently logged in.
Option prices cannot be edited for products with product-specific options.
